It sucks getting locked out of your place. I looked up a few locksmiths and called two before calling Indianapolis. Indianapolis Locksmith was the first number I called who answered the phone. I gave them my address, they said 20-30 minutes, and made it well within that time. It took all of 5 minutes to get the door open, then another 10 or so to "fix" the lock... I assume this is what was happening, since they sort of forced the door knob out of its enclosure. They also accepted the discount without having purchased it ahead of time. All-in-all, my mistake cost me $85, but the service exceeded my expectations.

I locked my keys in my car this morning at the Post Office and I called several places and no one was able to come and unlock my car. I called Indianapolis Locksmith and he came immediately and got my car door open within 5 minutes. The dispatcher was very quick to understand my needs and sent tech out to our house. Arrived very quickly, was kind, courteous and was close by, since I live just in the area. We had a bedroom door that was locked from the inside. The lock that I had was pretty complicated, so the tech had to drill it and remove it, and managed to do so very delicately so the door wasn't ruined at all. He mentioned that if I needed to get a new locked installed, I could call him for help. The 10% discount offer is an added bonus. Overall, this is probably great Indianapolis Locksmith experience I have had, considering the value, service, and price! Best prices in town, seriously cannot be beat. I don't write reviews, but for this guy, I'm gonna. AMAZING. Came home from an awful work day and realized I locked my apt keys in the car. I was really short and irritable with him on the phone (sorry! I had a crap day!!) And said I needed to get into my place urgently. He could have been rude to me (I totally deserved it), but nope, he was very sympathetic. He got to my place within 10 mins!! I explained that I locked my keys inside my car so I needed him to let me into my studio. He told me it'd be cheaper for me if he unlocked my car instead. YUP. He passed on making more money for himself to save me money. WHO DOES THAT?! This amazing guy, that's who. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if u ever need a locksmith. He figured out a solution and came back the next day and all was good. He is a man of his word and charges reasonable prices. WORST LOCKSMITH! DO NOT USE THEM! I got quoted over the phone $70 and when the guy showed up he said $100. The website says they take card but this guy said he only cash. I told him I only had $65 in cash. He said he could follow us to a gas station to get cash. I said I could go to atm and get cash so he followed us there and was right behind me the entire time I was getting money! Talk about sketchy! I called the company to report this and they said they wld call me back and never did!

I called him to come and change locks on a new home my wife and I bought and he not only helped me save money by letting us know that we didn't need to replace the entire locking system, but only the internal locks. He came the same day about 30 min after we spoke, he worked fast, cut as many keys as we wanted and was really friendly, and made sure each key worked. Truly can't recommend Indianapolis Locksmith enough.

Thumbs up to Indianapolis Locksmith, he's awesome. I spoke to him on the phone Thursday afternoon, told him what I wanted he said he could do it. Quoted me an exact price, came to rekey my new house, did it for the price he said he would and even included an extra key for me. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. He even talked me out of some pricier ideas I had in my head and talked sense into me. I'll definitely be using him in the future.

The technician was completely unprofessional and he took advantage of my situation, on the 1st call with him he said he will show up within 15-25 min so I told him I'm wearing shorts and the temps are subzero. After 4 call to him and every time he would say another number, over an hour and half waiting for him. He starts by saying that this lock is unpick-able and it will cost 179.99 to do this, I was in grazing temps for over an hour and half waiting for him, I could have left and came back but he said 15-25 minutes. Oh he made up a story about an exploding car on the highway that caused him to be late, I checked! Usually a service like this cost 50$ no more, but I was freezing he took advantage of me and negotiated $100, I gave him 60 cash and 40 on card, then he calls the company and acts like he gave me a deal because I was freaking and he only wrote a receipt for 40 dollars. I felt cheated and abused, I'm so upset. He also never gave me a copy of the receipt!

Called these folks to help change locks on my parents' new home based on the positive experience I had when I moved to a new home several years ago. Service was punctual and professional. They worked to understand what lock systems were needed for a move-in and recommended solutions that were secure and cost effective. Definitely a great job Indianapolis Locksmith ! Keep it up !

Indianapolis Locksmith were great. I have an old front door that came without a knob/handle when I bought my house. The fitting was all cracked and gnarled. Indianapolis came over same-day (within 1 hour of me calling him). He was fast, friendly, and gave me multiple options on how to handle the situation. 2 hours later I was all set with a new front door handle. Price was exactly as quoted. Awesome experience. Would definitely recommend!!

Indianapolis Locksmith is a life saver. I thought I would be smart by separating my car/house keys from my work keys. I was rushing out the door for dinner and guess what: took my work keys instead of my house/car keys. Anyway he came in within the promised 30 mins (3:30AM) and got the door unlocked in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional even as I was terrified that I would wake up the entire building. To top it off he made me two extra copies. Highly recommended. Nice guy.

Indianapolis Locksmith was awesome!!! I was having trouble with my main door lock and key for a while. Once I called him. He asked few questions on the phone and asked me to message him some pictures and then we confirmed the time and next day he was there! He waited for me as I was getting back from a friends place. Once he was here- he diagnosed the problem and even made me a few extra keys and I also got him to check a few of my other doors. As a complimentary he checked my garage which has been giving me problems. Respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! I will definitely call him again if I need to. I'm really happy with this experience. For starters I called Indianapolis Locksmith and he was able to come same day. This is after I made a ton of phone calls to what seemed like every locksmith in the area. He was the only one that took the time to explain what the problem was and how we were going to fix it. He didn't try to scare me away like all the other calls I made by throwing prices at me and trying to sell me hard. His personality was quickly apparent and I felt at ease. In a nut shell I had a break in and wanted to upgrade to a higher security lock system. He showed up on time (he was very flexible) and was super courteous. I ended up going with a high security lock (Mul-T-Lock). This lock is serious business. I wish I had it a few days earlier. Call Indianapolis Locksmith you'll be impressed with his work ethic, personality, flexibility and above all else, honesty. 10 stars if I could.

I used this service due to the ratings i sae but will say will never do it again. Was told the locksmith would be here within 25 to 35 minutes ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours. Called the locksmith each time being told he was 10 15 minutes out. Called back the call center she said she would find out and call me back. After 15 minutes no call so i called 3 more times and each time i got a voice mail. When the locksmith arrived he said i was given a incorrect price and thats why he always asked first because they dont ever give the right charge. I called again while he was here and once again sent to voicemail. Awful customer service and will def put the word out for no one to use them.

I had two deadbolts that needed to be replaced, and several keys to be made, and everything was done under an hour. We recently got a keypad lock, which I totally screwed up when trying to install it myself. In a panic, I called Indianapolis Locksmith, sent him a picture of the disaster I created, and he came over to our place late (9PM on a Monday!) to fix it up. He really cares about his customers and knew I was really in a bind because I had messed up the lock pretty bad. He came over, fixed what I had broken, and adjusted the lock placement so it'd fit our new deadbolt perfectly. For as long as I live, Indianapolis Locksmith will always be my trusted locksmith. 2/1/2018 Indianapolis Locksmith is the greatest locksmith we have ever encountered. We moved into a house that has a 50 year old Baldwin Mortise lock on the front door. It wasn't working correctly and we had taken it apart ourselves, which was a big mistake because we could not get all the pieces back together! ... As a result, the lock box no longer worked correctly and they are very expensive to replace new. Long story short, we found Indianapolis Locksmith and he was able to repair the mortise lock in less than an hour. While performing the repair, he was also able to make other adjustments to the springs and to the key barrel, and the lock is now working perfectly. Indianapolis Locksmith explained every step he took to repair the lock and encouraged repairing mortise locks over simply replacing with new ones. Overall, he provides top notch customer service and has a vast knowledge of how mortise locks operate. We highly recommend Indianapolis Locksmith for any locksmith services.

This technician showed up 25 minutes later than scheduled and then the price was completely outrageous. 200.00 later two scratches on my car and a rip in my seal later this person got into my car. This has to be the worst service I have ever received. He did not want me to see my total while he was charging my card and then snatched the ink pen from me after I signed the receipt. Got locked out of our place really late at night. Indianapolis Locksmith answered phone at 3am very quickly (after calling 2 other closer places that were supposed to be "24/7" also but didn't pick up) AND arrived earlier than the time estimated. Most impressive was the locksmith's ability to look at two doors (front door and patio) and immediately know which one would be more difficult and damaging to open, and which was a much easier and cleaner job. Bonus points for being patient with my mildly drunk boyfriend who tried to explain the door situation several times over. Will definitely use this locksmith for any future needs!

I had this gentleman come into my apartment because I needed my locks changed immediately. They were here within 20 minutes. The gentleman was professional and was in and out in 10 minutes. It seems like he really knew what he was doing. It appears that Indianapolis Locksmith is quite excellent at fixing car, house, office lockouts and residential/commercial locksmith. I had my apartment rekeyed. Like I said, quick and professional, a definite recommendation to them.

So ... I left my bike locked up outside my office for a little too long, and when I went to unlock it, the lock had rusted shut. I tried WD40, prayer, and brute force, nothing worked. So I called Indianapolis Locksmith thinking I just needed to have the lock cut. He showed up less than an hour after I initially called, sat around and played with the lock for a bit, and had it open! He also cleaned out my lock and showed me how to keep it working properly. Saved me the trouble of buying a new bike lock Thanks!!

The guys at Indianapolis Locksmith definitely lived up to their 24-hour professional service reputation. I was stuck without my car keys after landing at LAX early on a Sunday morning. I called many places and even had my insurance call places. I left a message with Indianapolis Locksmith and they got back to me within 15 minutes and had a guy drive out 45 minutes to meet me at my car. It took two tries to get the right key but after that I was able to be on my way. Definitely give these guys a call if you're in a jam and need keys made when you think nobody else is open.

I was very happy with Indianapolis Locksmith's service. I had an interior door that was locked with the key still in the room. I tried to get it open for a few days, with no luck. I called a few companies before contacting them, but decided to go with them because they had a better priced quote than I received from the other companies I called. I have been using Indianapolis as my locksmith company for the last couple of years. As busy as I am, I took some time to write this well-deserved review about the company. Indianapolis is the most professional, descent, honest and the nicest vendor I am working with.He always shows up on time, with a great attitude and with the best advice. Just lately I finally had the chance to change all of my business locks to high security type in my business. Indianapolis was efficient, professional and the price was more than fair and how do I know? Because I shopped around. As a business owner myself, I highly recommend calling him for all your locksmith needs.

Got locked out of our place really late at night. Indianapolis Locksmith answered phone at 3am very quickly (after calling 2 other closer places that were supposed to be "24/7" also but didn't pick up) AND arrived earlier than the time estimated. Most impressive was the locksmith's ability to look at two doors (front door and patio) and immediately know which one would be more difficult and damaging to open, and which was a much easier and cleaner job. Bonus points for being patient with my mildly drunk boyfriend who tried to explain the door situation several times over. Will definitely use this locksmith for any future needs!

I had this gentleman come into my apartment because I needed my locks changed immediately. They were here within 20 minutes. The gentleman was professional and was in and out in 10 minutes. It seems like he really knew what he was doing. It appears that Indianapolis Locksmith is quite excellent at fixing car, house, office lockouts and residential/commercial locksmith. I had my apartment rekeyed. Like I said, quick and professional, a definite recommendation to them.

So ... I left my bike locked up outside my office for a little too long, and when I went to unlock it, the lock had rusted shut. I tried WD40, prayer, and brute force, nothing worked. So I called Indianapolis Locksmith thinking I just needed to have the lock cut. He showed up less than an hour after I initially called, sat around and played with the lock for a bit, and had it open! He also cleaned out my lock and showed me how to keep it working properly. Saved me the trouble of buying a new bike lock Thanks!!

The guys at Indianapolis Locksmith definitely lived up to their 24-hour professional service reputation. I was stuck without my car keys after landing at LAX early on a Sunday morning. I called many places and even had my insurance call places. I left a message with Indianapolis Locksmith and they got back to me within 15 minutes and had a guy drive out 45 minutes to meet me at my car. It took two tries to get the right key but after that I was able to be on my way. Definitely give these guys a call if you're in a jam and need keys made when you think nobody else is open.

I was very happy with Indianapolis Locksmith's service. I had an interior door that was locked with the key still in the room. I tried to get it open for a few days, with no luck. I called a few companies before contacting them, but decided to go with them because they had a better priced quote than I received from the other companies I called. I first called the local lock guy my realtors recommend, but by the time he called me back to schedule I was signing the credit card charge for Indianapolis Locksmith finished work changing 3 locks, he's fast and thorough and a super nice guy. After that another lock broke and he really helped me work with my tenants to schedule an appointment with them, and they are so busy but he never complained and kept texting them and let me know once the work was done and I could pay over the phone with my card. Early today, we were so excited to put a new "SmartKey" lock set on our front door. Needless to say, that after an entire afternoon of taking off a very old lock and finding out that the original holes were to big, I was ready to go buy a new door, but then, who would install it? So I came to my trusty forum and found Indianapolis Locksmith. He braved the 6:00 p.m. traffic and fixed our door! Dispatch told me it would be $50-$75. Locksmith literally spent 10 minutes at my house and picked the lock, then proceeded to charge me $199. Conpletely shady and egregious. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They saved my day! I called Indianapolis Locksmith after running through some BS with PopALock. Indianapolis Locksmith took my information, said it would be about 15-20 minutes to open my apartment. Evidently the door knob busted and the latch wouldn't release rendering my key useless. The tech called me 5 minutes from my initial contact with the company and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Which he was! Prices are comparable with other locksmiths. Very friendly, very professional, prompt and they took a credit card on site. I rarely need a lock smith but I'm saving their # in my phone.

I was at a complete loss, because I had lost my car key and could not find it ANYWHERE!! Luckily for me after I called Indianapolis Locksmith (they responded super-promptly and sent out a service member within an hour!!) I was able to get prompt and friendly service on my car! Just wanted to take a moment and say how glad I ‘am I called Indianapolis Locksmith and had Multi T locks installed on our new home. These locks are extremely solid and made with the most advanced technology. We moved into a new build a couple of months ago which had been fitted with quickset locks on all the doors, but decided to have the locks changed, because they weren't pick proof. After having Multi-T-locks placed by Indianapolis Locksmith I definitely feel more secure and now have peace of mind when my wife is home alone. These locks are pick proof and like I said, I wasn't able to say that of the other locks that came with the house. I researched before I had these locks installed and I feel that the Multi-T-Lock is the most reliable out there and the best investment when it comes to securing your home or business. As far as this particular business goes, The tech was great, very nice, very professional. He arrived within the window of time I was given and did an excellent job installing all the locks on my new home. Which I really appreciated and I gladly recommend this company.

Indianapolis Locksmith is fast and convenient. I had an issue with my front door lock and this dude came within 15 minutes assessed the situation and made a solid recommendation. The item had to be ordered so he’s the one ordered it, and within a day he was back at my place to install the lock. While there I also had him re-key a couple doors. Overall well worth the $450 including hardware.

I cannot recommend Indianapolis Locksmith highly enough. We had a discontinued lock that busted on our back door that was difficult to track down. Most locksmiths would have just walked away from the job leaving us with an unsecured door and the need to replace an entire door. It only took about 20 mins for him to show up and 5 seconds to unlock my door :) What I loved the most was his friendly service and unlike most of the locksmiths out there that can't tell you exactly how much it costs when you call for a quote, (I called about 5 other locksmiths and they all told me the minimum to come out is this and that and additional charge starting at $25...etc) he told me exactly what it costs to unlock my door over the phone. Thank you for the awesome service, will call you if I ever get locked out again! Lol

Dispatch told me it would be $50-$75. Locksmith literally spent 10 minutes at my house and picked the lock, then proceeded to charge me $199. Conpletely shady and egregious. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They saved my day! I called Indianapolis Locksmith after running through some BS with PopALock. Indianapolis Locksmith took my information, said it would be about 15-20 minutes to open my apartment. Evidently the door knob busted and the latch wouldn't release rendering my key useless. The tech called me 5 minutes from my initial contact with the company and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Which he was! Prices are comparable with other locksmiths. Very friendly, very professional, prompt and they took a credit card on site. I rarely need a lock smith but I'm saving their # in my phone.

Extremely grateful for this locksmith for a job well done in fixing my car door when it jammed all of a sudden. I called them and the representative answered the call right away and sent someone to take of the problem which was resolved in less than 30 minutes. I was at a complete loss, because I had lost my car key and could not find it ANYWHERE!! Luckily for me after I called Indianapolis Locksmith (they responded super-promptly and sent out a service member within an hour!!) I was able to get prompt and friendly service on my car! The tech was very kind and helpful in explaining everything upfront to me and was super nice even after I found my "lost" car key on my front lawn!!! Just wanted to take a moment and say how glad I ‘am I called Indianapolis Locksmith and had Multi T locks installed on our new home. These locks are extremely solid and made with the most advanced technology. We moved into a new build a couple of months ago which had been fitted with quickset locks on all the doors, but decided to have the locks changed, because they weren't pick proof. After having Multi-T-locks placed by Indianapolis Locksmith I definitely feel more secure and now have peace of mind when my wife is home alone. These locks are pick proof and like I said, I wasn't able to say that of the other locks that came with the house. I researched before I had these locks installed and I feel that the Multi-T-Lock is the most reliable out there and the best investment when it comes to securing your home or business. As far as this particular business goes, The tech was great, very nice, very professional. He arrived within the window of time I was given and did an excellent job installing all the locks on my new home. Which I really appreciated and I gladly recommend this company.

Indianapolis Locksmith is fast and convenient. I had an issue with my front door lock and this dude came within 15 minutes assessed the situation and made a solid recommendation. The item had to be ordered so he’s the one ordered it, and within a day he was back at my place to install the lock. While there I also had him re-key a couple doors. Overall well worth the $450 including hardware.

I cannot recommend Indianapolis Locksmith highly enough. We had a discontinued lock that busted on our back door that was difficult to track down. Most locksmiths would have just walked away from the job leaving us with an unsecured door and the need to replace an entire door. Indianapolis tracked down the lock and replaced it and shaved down the doorway for a better fit to boot. This kind of commitment to professionalism and customer service is very rare these days. I was working and in a rush locked my car keys inside my work truck! Called Indianapolis Locksmith answered and said he would be there in 10-15 mins and you know what he did. Unlocked my truck in less than a minute it was awesome his wait time and the time it took him to unlock my car was so quick and convenient because I had another job to go to and I thought I was going to be stuck there waiting for him longer because other locksmiths take forever to get to you but not Indianapolis. I was in a very sticky situation with a home invasion burglary by someone I know. It's a horrible experience, and while the police were helping me assess the loss they told me to change my locks ASAP. I looked on all the good reviews for locksmith and called Indianapolis. When I explained the situation, they were at my home IMMEDIATELY! It was a relief and very comforting that they recognized the urgency of my request and swooped in to help.
