My phone call was answered by a person, not a machine. I texted a picture of my lock, suggesting it needed to be replaced. I got a call from Randy saying it should be repaired, not replaced, given that it was a $400 lock set. Kevin came the following day, as scheduled. He fixed the lock quickly and could not have been nicer.
