I had a key fob that wasn't working. I purchased one online and asked D&M to program it. Unfortunately it didn't work and I had to return it. Then D&M ordered a new key fob for me. Again the fob didn't work. We believe the problem is with the receiver in the car. I was not charged for these attempts. They were very easy to reach and worked with us. I would definitely use them for your locksmith needs. If I had gone to the dealer I'm sure I would have been charged and still not have a working key fob. Thank you D&M!!

Called them 3 times last nite no answer. Called them this morning and all i got was a text saying they were in church and they would call back at noon. It is now 1:42 and still no call. I am on call for a plumbing company and i lost 3 calls due to this. I unlocked my truck myself. Dont waste your time with this company. They clearly dont care.

Dawn and her son came out today and rekeyed 3 locks for me. They were extremely helpful and flexible in that I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times. They were efficient and were able to keep the original hardware on the original door for my 51+ year old home which I was very happy about. Very reasonable on price as well! Great Job!!!

Very efficient and affordable! I locked my keys in my car at Eastland Mall.. I am not from Indiana so pulled up google and he's the first that came up with good reviews so I gave him a call. He said he'd be there within 15-20 minutes and sure enough, he was. He was very nice and very affordable price for a locksmith! I highly recommend!

Best locksmith in town! We had to change our office locks quickly and unexpectedly. I called a dozen other locksmiths in town, and no one was cooperative or willing to come out same day. I called D&M and they were at our office within an hour!! Not only were they timely, but they provided excellent customer service, and charged me an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price. Our child (2) was locked in the car WITH the car running (thankfully). We googled on our phone to find the closest locksmith to us and this was the company that popped up. I explained the situation to Melvin and he said he would be there soon. My wife and I were very anxious at the situation and contemplated calling the police. We decided that since the car was running and the air was on that it wasn't really an emergency. No more than 10 minutes later, we saw the white can pull in behind us. They jumped out and within a matter of one or two minutes we were in our car and very relieved. At that point we asked how much it would cost because no matter what they charged it would've been worth every penny. Melvin told us not to worry about it. We again insisted that he let us pay for the fast service we received and he told us that they never charge to unlock a car with a child that is unable to unlock the doors themselves. I would and will deffinitely recommend this company to anyone that needs this service done. Melvin came on a Sunday after 5 pm and could've charged what ever he wanted to charge the scared and relieved parents but refused to take any payment other than a hug from a very relieved mother. Anytime I need a lock unlocked in the future, this will be the only place I will call! Thank you so much for the quick response and the wonderful service you provided us today!

I called him and asked about an unusual lock issue.... Lost keys for safety gun trigger locks. He was incredibly polite and helpful, after he verified the firearms were mine he had the locks off in less than 1 minutes per lock and charged me only a few bucks per lock. I would recommend him to anyone in this area. An error on Googles part takes you to downtown Evansville if you use navigation. I called him and go the address so I could just drive to him.

We were able to make an appointment that suited our schedules and the price was very good. In the day of the appointment they called due to a cancellation and asked if we wanted to move our appointment up. We did and was very pleased with the service we received.
