I normally don't post reviews. But, I had to do this for DH's worst service you can ever imagine. If there was a negative rank, I'd have given them that. They installed a new lock at my house in March 2019 which never worked after they have left. I was out of town for a long period and missed checking the lock. On my return, I found that the deadbolt is frozen, the cylinder is not even moving. I contacted the manufacturer and was told it's an installation issue which could be easily fixed. When I contacted DH'S, the lady on the phone was super rude, inconsiderate, and not even cared to listen to my problem. Just went on repeating, "It's more than two-months, you need to pay when we visit to find what was wrong". I don't think they have minimum levels of professionalism or any concern of customer service. I didn't say I'd not pay. I just wanted them to come and have a look whether they had not done it properly in the first place. Is it unfair if a customer looks for a reexamination of an initial install if it is not working?
