Their service was terrible, they broke my car door without telling me when they went to take it apart to make a new key off the door lock. Instead of just telling me I could call the dealer to get the key code. He took the door apart I'm sure to charge more. Anyways they say the door was already like that though it's been my daily driver for about 6 years now so pretty certain I'd noticed. That and the door had never been taken apart until they came and took it apart for zero reason. I called the dealer, after their failed attempt to get to the door lock, once he finally told me that was an option, and got the key code from the dealer. I called connors back once I got it and told them and they tell me they'd be at my house the following morning at 9am. They never showed and didnt call until 4pm saying they could do the key, after my boyfriend stayed up half the day waiting for them to show up, since we work nights we sleep during the day. Worst customer service and zero professionalism.

As a landlord, I thought the only people who needed master keys were large companies with many doors. I have less than 10 rentals, and now I don't have to carry daily a large key ring. The cost was the same as the big box stores with a more convenient solution.
