Have had several things done by the company and always have had great results, I'm obliged to relate that I know the owner and currently any reviews with personal attacks or strangely outlandish complaints are being left by someone with a personal vendetta against said owner. Just got off working a 12-hour shift to realize my keys were locked in my car! I called the Columbus Police they couldn't help me so they gave me two numbers... that of Columbus keys and another.Out of the two... Columbus Keys was the cheapest, and the fastest!! I did not use Columbus Key, but the customer service is fantastic and if I ever need to use a locksmith again I will definitely call Columbus Key. I locked myself out of my truck today and called Chris at CK. He answered right away and told me he would get to me asap but that maybe I should call Copple Wrecker Service because they could probably get to me quicker. He was not irritated with me that I called more than once. Even though I wasn't going to use their services Chris wanted me to call him to let me know that I was going to be able to get into my vehicle.

We got our entire hotel re-keyed and the folks at Columbus Key were outstanding. They communicated EVERYTHING, the good bad and ugly, they were fast, they were very receptive to our wants and needs. Never had such a great experience working with an outside party. If you need your business secured, if you have missing keys over the years, if you have 20 different keys that open up 10 different doors and you spend at least a couple minutes a day shuffling through them trying to open up doors to YOUR building, its time to give these guys a call. They answered right away and though nobody was located very near me, they assured me that they were headed my way.
