Driver gets over in traffic with no signal and is doing below the speed limit in the passing lane. Then proceeds to brake check until we are doing 25 miles per hour IN THE PASSING LANE while on his phone. Understandably angry because I was almost in an accident with their truck, profanity was used in the call unfortunately, the man I spoke with answers my concerns with a story to pin it on me and tells me that he won't speak to me until I accept that he is Christian and doesn't want to hear profanity. Had he just listened to my concerns and accepted that I wasn't angry with him I would have calmed down but, sadly he hung up on me. Control your drivers and their phones and listen to concerns regardless of the language used and don't bring religion into it as an excuse to not talk or help.

The owner, Danny, drove many miles to unlock my 99 year old Mother's door for a welfare check, when the sheriff's department had a problem with entry. He only charged me a minium. He was my third locksmith call. He was recommended by the first two. Great communication as I was out of the State at the time. Let me talk to my Mom on his cell phone. Excellent service. A very good man.
