Just great. Service like they used to give you when customers were actually valued and respected. Friendly. They know what they're doing. Don't get keys made at hardware stores where the staff is going like "I hope this works." Brandy's has rekeyed four homes for me, and done amazing work. They're always busy for a reason. The friendliest, best place you can ever go. Try them.

We have now had them change the locks for our home and business, and they saved the day when we lost the key to our truck. The price is extremely affordable for all their services. Sunday 7am, husband locked himself out of the house with his and my keys both locked inside, and both of the “outside spares” traveled with recent out of state houseguests. Holiday weekend. Call to Brandy’s business phone went to voice mail. “Ugh, I am sunk,” I thought. Looking up locksmith on my phone, got nothing, and incoming call from Brandy’s saved the day! I sent my husband off to Illinois to see our grandaughter play in her travelling soccer tournament knowing help was on the way. Dennis was there in under 30 minutes, (he actually had to wait on me—I NEEDED coffee) and was inside in under 3 minutes. A little scary how easily an experience locksmith can break into my home. Dennis even apologized for the $100 charge! Now THAT is old-fashioned service! AND, he texted the receipt to my husband, so Jim would know I was able to get inside, (and so I would have a record that I am not the only one committing absent-minded mistakes these days!

For this fact alone, having never used their services and having my email solicited for a company I've never done business with, give it a second thought before doing business with a company that feels the need to buy reviews. i had disconnected the neg terminal in the battery of my BM to reset it (long story) not only THAT i shut my trunk by mistake LEAVING the KEY INSIDE ! Pete came through and stayed until we figured out a plan ..he connected the jumper cables, i pressed the trunk button and BOOM! MY trunk popped up like a champagne bottle cork at a New Years Eve party ! Thanks PETE! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
