Don was absolutely fantastic! We had a broken RV door lock that needed replacement and Don was able to leave to meet me as soon as we finished our call. He was prompt, professional and extremely kind! He took the time to advise on the best way to maintain the locks, and even helped fix the alignment on the door in addition to changing the locks. If ever I am in need of locksmithing services, I will not hesitate to call for Don's help again!

Called and Buz met me within the hour and got the work completed in about another hour. He was able to make it so the house had the same key vs 2 keys. So pleased! Great price! Great service!

Guy told me he would be at his new office until 2. I told him I'd be there at 10-11 yesterday for todays date. Just called him and was gonna tell him i was running later than 11 because of my job. He got mad and told me i put him out. Don't see how but whatever. I was gonna give him extra for waiting even though he was gonna be at his office trying to get it together until 2 anyhow. Not now.

Mr. Bowles was friendly and helpful. He came to my house quickly when I locked my keys in the car. He helped me to open up my car door. His rates were reasonable. For convenience sake, I wish he had change for cash payment or accepted a debit card. Otherwise, I would definitely use his services again and I would recommend him to my friends.

I locked my keys in my car at the conference center in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. I called Bowles Locksmith Service and went back into my meeting. They said they would be to my car around 1:00 pm, I received the call just before 1:00 pm and went outside to meet them.. It took him a total of 5 minutes to do the job. I paid via credit card at the scene. It was a great experience.
