The wife had a flat tire last night on 24 on her way home. Aaron came out, loaded up her car and took it to the dealer for us. Did I mention he was 30 minutes early! When does that ever happen? Super nice guy and very professional (hate to say it, but not your typical tow truck driver). We really appreciated his great service! Aaron you sir are awesome at your job!

My family and I just moved from Fort Wayne to Churubusco and I had to have my deceased grandfathers truck towed to my new home. This truck is not in good shape by no means but delivery driver John Powell was awesome, I say delivery driver because that's what he made me feel like it was, he made me feel like my grandpas truck was just as important to him as it is for me. He was very informative about what he had to do to get the truck off the flatbed. John was very polite and if I ever need a tow again I'll be sure to ask for him!! I can't say enough about the integrity of Chris and this company. I live 4 hours away and called to help a relative get a vehicle that blue eagle had acquired. At first we couldn't get on the same page and as I got frustrated im sure it started to show through my tone and choice of words. Chris kept his cool the whole time and offered to work with me so that the car could be paid for and picked up at a very inconvenient time for him and his company...(thanks). He clearly was in the right to continue on without helping me and could have processed the car and increased the total of the bill...he didn't. He instead went out of his way to put my relative in a position to get his car within 20 minutes of talking to him. Customer service means the world to me as it puts food on the table for my family and should be of great importance to all companies no matter the industry. Customers are the life blood. I'm sure in this industry 90% of the conversations are run around and the tow companies getting cussed out for doing their jobs. After all that Chris heard me out as a customer who was 4 hrs away and delivered on a promise that he himself, made a sacrifice of his time and money, personally and business wise that made my life a little easier that day and probably for the next week. Hands down top 5 best customer experience I've ever had. Thanks guys for the help, customer for life.

My car broke down on 69 near the Huntington/Markle exit Tuesday when it was 20° and snowy. I figured a tow back to FW would easily be $200. Was so surprised when they told me it would only be $101. I was told it would be over an hour and the truck was there in roughly half an hour. Very impressed with Blue Eagle and hopefully I never need a tow again but if I do I know who to call.

I never had to get my car towed anywhere and for the first time, I've had the worst experience with this company. My car was not only delivered to the wrong location, I was lied to about the service being completed. I've been asking for my vehicle to be towed as of Thursday and it is currently Monday. As the customer I got into a screaming match with the driver by the name of Shane who accused me for his incorrect delivery. Apparently the roads must be so horrible that I can't get a hold of the supervisor Chris Morgan about the altercation. The ETA I am given always seem to be scheduled 5 hours or later (resulting in my car not being to be repaired until the following day) no matter when called. I've been car pooling for a week because Blue Eagle has failed to tow my vehicle to the RIGHT location. Upset, angry, disappointed, and irritated doesn't even come close to explain how furious I am with my service.

Blue Eagle Towing has always helped me throughout my time as a car owner from getting my car towed from Ohio to Indiana, jumping my car when the battery died and I'm stranded at a WalMart parking lot at 12:30am, to unlocking my car when I locked the keys inside (while it was running) during a snowstorm. They've always been professional, quick, and the prices never put a huge dent in my wallet. The person who helped me the last time with unlocking my car even told me depending on my insurance, I could get the service reimbursed. I've never had a bad experience working with these guys!

I've never had them tow my vehicle, but I was driving down coliseum today in the left lane, next to a blue eagle roll back and the driver flipped his cigarette butt at my car!!!! It hit my window, like for real it was unnecessary. Wouldn't reccomend! Parker towing is where it's at!!

The most professional and economical towing company in town. I use them all the time and can not recommend them enough. Dropped a wrench in my engine bay while doing a spark plug change. They came out and got the wrench out for only $40. Love them for saving my bacon!

We were traveling (we are from Michigan) and got a flat tire on the expressway. The weather was bad the wait times for a tow truck were 1½-2 hours. We had 2 adults 2 dogs and a baby. The tow truck was there in maybe 20 minutes and the driver was excellent! He took us to the best place possible to get it fixed and I could not possibly thank them enough!

We had my son's car towed off of the side of I-69. The lady taking the phone call was polite and efficient. The guy that picked the car up in a flat-bed was clearly experienced at doing this. Always helpful. Super professional staff and they came to my rescue fast. The only complaint I would have that keeps me from a full 5 stars is that the operator scratched up the bumper of my car a bit when letting it off the bed. The bed was at a strange angle, and when he was pulling it back up towards the truck it started scraping on the bottom of my car. He kept going until the front end of my car popped off the edge of the truck bed and hit the ground. No big deal my car is falling apart anyways. Just a little unprofessional.

I am impressed with their kindness and professionalism. He allowed me to ride to the repair shop with my vehicle which I appreciated greatly. Call Blue Eagle whenever you need a tow! I know I will.

I had a very poor and unprofessional experience my first time using this company and I will not use them again. I called for a tow at noon and was told in an hour they would be there, but two hours later I called back to see the time frame and was told 45 more minutes, the guy finally arrived at the location at 3pm. When he arrived, he loaded my car up -- with no issues, but then complained about everything, blaming the time frame and him being behind on dispatch, he then complained about people not tipping him and it not being his fault, etc. He also complained about the heat and not having air conditioner in his truck, (meanwhile I also waited outside for three hours in 96° heat) waiting on them. He spent 45 minutes complaining and moving around to get out of the heat, then drove in the opposite direction from the towing destination to go into McDonalds...while I followed behind him. He spent 10 minutes inside McDonald's -- now causing me to miss my appointment and put my car two days behind on getting worked on. At first, I was feeling bad for the guy, but this became unprofessional. The destination was two miles down the road, he could have stopped after dropping my vehicle off. I then called the company to make them aware and was told, "Well, we're all really behind and they have to fit breaks in when they can." That's fine, but take a break after you have finished what should have been a quick trip down the road. It's not on me, that as a company they don't make the conditions appropriate for their drivers -- he shouldn't have been told about my tow, 2 hours after initiated, he shouldn't have had to drive in a truck without air conditioning and he should have had time for a break, but why do I as a customer have to pay for all of those issues with my time? I will NOT use this company again and will pass my experience on.

I didn't catch the guy's name, but he was super friendly, attractive, and had a great sense of humor. This company is a joke. My car was towed last night while I was picking up a friend from his apartment. I arrived at 7:20ish and walked out at 7:40ish and my car was gone. They have to be loitering in the parking lot waiting for you to walk away, no warning. The tow truck had to be on a side street, because if I had seen the truck I would of asked if it was ok to park. Whatever signage they do have, is inadequate, because I didn't see any. The Randall lofts are also to blame as there is no signage in the lot spaces nor is the lot secured with a gate or anything. My guess is that they have an agreement to share the profits. There were plenty of open spaces for residents to park, there were maybe 10 cars there at the time. The man on the phone said a lady called to have it towed because I was in her spot. If this is true, there would not have been enough time for them to get the phone call, drive from Pontiac St, hook up my car and drive away. In reality, there is no assigned parking at this complex or "a lady" that called. "If you didn't park in that one specific spot, you wouldn't have been towed". One of the many lies I was told. The man on the phone then went on to tell me that they tow from that lot from 9p-3a because of the patrons at local bars taking their parking spaces. I was towed at 7:35ish. I'm sure the drivers are getting some type of commission based on how may cars they can tow a night. The dispatch told me the cost was $125 and then I got a FB message saying it was $145 but if I took down my review they would give me $20 off. If this isn't blackmail, I'm not sure what is. There was a man that had been towed as well at the same time. He was from Angola. I asked the tow driver if he was parked in this so called person's spot as well and he said "well, um, no?" No kidding genius, just more lies and scheming. The conversation was very threatening, if I didn't take down my review I would not be able to get my car until the first of the work week, and there would be a $20 up charge. I will now be calling the BBB, writing a letter to the editor, writing a review on Google and Yelp.

I had an accident and my insurance company handled the tow. They picked up my car and took it to their lot and locked it in their fence. When my mechanic called and couldn’t find my car it’s because it was locked in the parking lot at Blue Eagle. I had to wait an additional day, and then they refused to deliver my car to the mechanic thet they were PAID to take it too, unless I would pay for another tow. Needless to say I had another company pick up my car from them and take it to the mechanic. Misunderstood or not they were very unprofessional. Not even my insurance company was happy about how they handled this situation.

I called for a tow for a heavy duty tow quote today...their website says they offer heavy duty towing...I was transferred to a man who handles heavy duty towing, I explained that I needed my class A towed from Indianapolis to Howe any time in the next week. The man said "Not interested." Just like that, not very professional, in my opinion, no explanation or even recommendations. Not that I was really owed an explanation or reason, but a little professional kindness or decorum would have been nice. As a business owner myself, I try to offer help where I can or in the very least recommend a few options. I have read several reviews about the employees being rude and I am inclined to believe them. I cannot recommend them if you are looking for friendly service, I got the impression that he was rude. Regardless of whether they were willing to tow my RV or not, a more professional answer or in the very least a kinder response would be better for business.

I called this company to come tow my car out of a tight driveway facing an alley and was told it would be 45mins to an hour before they could get to me. Almost 10mins later here they were and had maneuvered into the alley and were lined up to pick up my car! They were fast, professional, and extremely careful with my precious car. I won't ever hesitate to give this company a call in the event that I need to ever have my car towed again. If I could give them a higher than 5 star rating I would.
