I was just driving by wasn't looking for Key Shop but then I decided a pop in here since I'm in the neighborhood I'm glad I did the dudes working the shop we're cool they cut my keys promptly and I would recommend this shop for all your key cutting needs

I dont live in the best neighborhood. A lot of companies probably wouldnt take the time to come. They sent an angel in disguise named Josh to take care of me and my family. I had nowhere to turn and I can now get back and forth to work. Thank you Ace Lock & Key Co.

Inconsistent hours poor customer service. I was told to come there before 4 and there was no answer when I called The woman there said sorry I'm closing early so I just drove all the way across town and then was turned away very disappointed
