These guys saved my day . Lost the keys to my car and the doors were locked. They came out in 15 minutes and had my doors opened and a key made in 15 to 20 minutes. I began to panic when I realized I'd lost my car keys. I drive a 2009 Dodge Caravan My keys are the ones with the computer chips. I called my local dodge dealer and was quoted a price of $400.00 for 1 new remote key. I quickly searched Google for a local Chicago locksmith and that’s when I found Jose from Omega Locksmith in Chicago. Jose was able to drive to me and open up my mini van and make me two new transponder keys for the same price as the dealer and I didn’t have to spend the money on a tow truck. Had a great experience with Omega Locksmith this morning. I lost my car keys and called Jose who quoted me $195.00 for a new transponder car key to my 2007 Toyota Camry When he showed up in his fancy futuristic work van he was extremely friendly. He immediately opened my car and proceeded to make me a new chip key for what he quoted me over the phone. This was a very positive experience and I'd definitely recommend Omega Locksmith in Chicago.

I wish there was something lower than 1 star. They advertised 25min wait but I was sitting on the side of the road waiting for them almost an hr. Tried to call them back and they hung up on me 3 times!! Never even got a return call from the technician they sent out. I normally never write negative reviews but they deserve it and they I’ll never call them again!

Professional Auto locksmith They are 24 hour available locksmith from chicago .Their guy was quick, courteous, and efficient.Lock was quite old so we needed to replace it with a new and advanced one. The locksmith completed the job in just 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to all.

I purchased a 2007 Mazda 6 with one key and needed two additional spares made. The keys have a programmed chip and remote and I thought I was going to have to go to the dealer to get them replaced (rediculously expensive). I called around and found Omega Locksmith and explained the situation. A technician Jose came out to my Naperville home the same afternoon with all the bizarre computer equipment needed to program the keys. He cut & programmed the new keys, even threw in an extra spare mechanical key, and it was significantly less than the dealer wanted. Highly recommended!

omega locksmith is the best by far i recently lost my keys well my kids did note to self don't leave keys laying around and they lost them after calling several several locksmith and ridiculous estimated quotes on how much it would cost to get a key for my 2011 Chevy Malibu Jose worked with my on a price that was fair and didn't make me feel robbed in the end i recommend them great fast service and very friendly and quick to respond i will defiantly be calling them again if ever this happens again hopefully not tho.

I lost my only copy of my car keys on a Sunday, though optimistic that I would find it I called Omega just to find out my options. Though when I first called on Sunday the man was very helpful and said he was available until 6 or 7. He gave me a reasonable price and length of time that it would take to create a new key. Though I continued to look I gave up around 7:15pm. I called and was not surprised to get the voice mail. I left a message and thought that I would call back, or get a call back, in the morning. However, I first called Omega at 8am on Monday morning and got no answer. I continued to call every half hour (left two messages) until 10:30am and then I just gave up. No one answered or gave me a call back. I was a little disappointed since I got in contact pretty easily with Omega the day before, and since they seemed to have so much positive feedback here and on Yelp. Maybe someone else will have better luck!

I highly suggest Omega Locksmith. I lost my car keys. The dealer had the wrong code for the car and was unable to make me a new key. Unbelievable! Another locksmith I called was also unable to make me new keys. They were at the house quickly and it took some time because they had to decode my lock. But they did it! So thankful. Boy do I feel dumb. I was in Chicago to watch the NFL draft and locked my keys inside of my 2015 ford fusion. I had a couple of my friends with me. They gave me a lot of crap for this of course. Omega Locksmith was a lifesaver, I called them immediately. They were super fast, they were at my vehicle within 30 minutes. They also had my vehicle up and going in 20 minutes. The price they quoted me on the phone was what I payed. This could have been a horrible experience, but Omega saved our trip. Thank you you very much.

My first time to the windy city was filled with high expectation as I came to see my Dodgers take on the Cubs. Had a great time until I got back to my Dodge Caravan only to see my keys stuck in the ignition with the doors locked. Agghh. I called Omega Locksmith and they arrived in 30 minutes and had a working key in under 20 minutes! In the end, they charged me the same fair rate they quoted over the phone. My niece was in town visiting and I took her to Broadway Costumes, but when we got back to the car I could not find the keys to my 2005 Honda Civic. We searched frantically, but no luck. I called Omega Locksmith and they gave me a quote over the phone. I was skeptical about the quote they gave me, but they stuck to it, were totally professional, and best of all replaced my lost car keys right on the spot about half an hour after they got there. RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME SERVICE!! I broke my key using it as a prying tool (note to self: keys are not for cutting zip-ties!!) in the middle of work, close to lunch. A quick Google search pointed me to Omega Locksmith and I immediately called. The guy said he was actually coming my way so he could be at the car in 15 minutes. The price seemed very reasonable so I said yes. He came as promised on his workstation van (pretty nice, organized and efficient, I must say), took a pic of the VIN and in 15 minutes I had not one but THREE new copies of my car key. Idk why I'm reading good reviews unless the person working today 6/26/16 didn't want to be there. It's been 4 hours when I was told it would be a 1 for them to call me back to help me get my keys out of my car. The guy on the phone gave me information very nicely but I've been waiting hours with a baby to get a call and nothing. If they were booked up at least tell me so I can make more phone calls.

I needed the ignition key cylinder replaced on my 2003 Ford Focus. I read some of Omega Locksmith reviews on GOOGLE and was impressed I called Jose on Friday and we setup a meeting for Saturday @ noon he showed up ON-TIME and had my Ford Focus Ignition Problem fixed within 45 minutes with two new Transponder Car Keys. Every other Chicago Locksmith in town wanted $45.00 just to come out and take a look at it. I only wish my friend could have heard about them before she paid $450.00 to her car dealer for her new ignition cylinder! On a 2002 Ford Focus. Great customer service. Will recommend to everyone I know.

We have a young son who likes to lose our keys. So this is not the first time we’ve last both of our keys/fobs. The service at omega was much better than the last company we used. They came quick, worked fast, and the price was better than the other places that I called. Definitely recommend them. My car was a 2015 Altima and I was all the way in lemont. I will let you guys know, this place has saved my ass twice now! About 3 years ago I left my car keys inside the car while locked and I scrambled around for a company to help me out, these guys were the first ones to help. And that was 3 years ago, George came by and gave me his direct line and I've had it saved on my phone ever since even though I'm actually from Holland, MI. Then this past weekend I lost my keys at a concert and so what did I do? I looked through my phone and saw I still had Georges number saved. It was the biggest relief ever. I called jose to make me a new push to start key for my Nissan at 815 pm. He arrived to my home within 25 minutes. His price was more affordable them the dealer and other lock Smith's that I had called. When he arrived he had a very professional set up and transponders for all makes and models. GUESS WHAT? You found the locksmith you were looking for! These guys blew my mind on price, communication, and skill. I called and visited about 15 chicago area keymakers and nobody quoted a price lower than these guys, AND the're fast! He does all luxury vehicle keys and actually specializes in them. Hey cut and programmed my TWO Volkswagen Beetle keys for $200 ($100 a piece). The dealership quoted $450 PER KEY! Other locksmiths quoted $200-250 PER KEY! WOW. Thanks Omega Locksmith ;)
