Steve and crew did a great job at making me an extra key for my Subaru Tribeca. They had to order the key blank as it had the remote control in the key and once it came in they promptly called me to bring the car in. Once I brought the car in, they quickly cut the key and programmed it to work with the car and saved me 33% off what the dealer wanted for the same key. I would definitely recommend Steve and crew if you need a new lock or key for you car!

Worst business I have ever delt with. Very unprofessional!! First they said they'll be there from 10-12 n RON was 8 hours late . So after waiting for them to show up RON sat in the car for 10 mins n clearly didn't no what he was doing he said he had to grab a bigger scanner n took off n never came back. Not to mention he left the hazard lights On in the car he was working and locked all the doors in the car. How they got 4.7 stars on review??? I don't no but I can keep going. So becareful when dealing with them

Taiwan was super friendly! Arrived on-time when I locked myself out after I lost my keys. The initial key-making process was quick, but Taiwan ran into troubles with what was suspected to be some microchip issues with my model. Despite the extra work, Taiwan worked tirelessly to contact Honda as well as Geico, making sure my problem was solved all in the same night. He was super friendly the whole time and was obviously very willing to help me with whatever needs I had! He even scraped off the wax from the towing company that I've had on my car for months. Overall super friendly and dedicated service! I'd recommend Taiwan to anybody who has car problems!

Of course only I loose my keys during a big snow storm! I only have one key fob that was programmed by the dealer. I had another key fob at home I called Keyway and they almost turned me away. The person on the phone gave me the opportunity to hear me out. After a couple questions and after explaining that I got the key fob when I bought the car. He gave me an approximate time he will get to me. He didn’t make it on the time he stated, but he had great communication with me. He explained that he got held up on his last job. When he showed up I handed him my key fob and he got to work. In less than ten minutes he got my key fob to turn on the car. I was supper great full! Not all hero’s wear capes..... some just drive a Keyway Lock & Security truck. Thanks a lot!

Hey Folk I thought my luck was out on me today. I had 4 broken locks and three bad keys. It was a big headache to change everything out with the bad weather starting. I called keyway key and steve answered away. I explained to him my problem. And as always is said come in we will take of you. I got to the store and they looked at the locks. They could have tried to sell me new locks and rip me off. but instead as always they kept the customer in mind and took care of me. They rekey them with a fair price and fixed the locks for me for and made new keys for me without a problem it only took about 20 minutes as always these guys are the best. I have been coming to these guys for the last few years I'm glad I found them they are the best.

I called for a locksmith, keys left in the ignition of the car they told me 45 min to a hour, an hour later they said 15 minutes 3 hours later theyre still telling me 15 minutes!! Called to explain what was needed for my ignition switch. Was asked to bring it in to be repaired and did. Was told that I'd receive a call the next day and didn't. Called back two days later and was consistently placed on whole for over ten minutes and never got to speak with a tech. Two days after that finally spoke with a tech and was given different information about my ignition switch. They actually gave information about another customer's item. After finally getting the right item it wasn't worked on.

I was in a pinch 300 miles from home on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend. Dropped my keys down an elevator shaft with half my earthly belongings locked in the car. Car is parked in super expensive max 2 hours parking. Called AAA and several locksmiths and no one could help. Many said they'd call back and never did. Keyway came and saved the day and made me a programmed remote key so I didn't have to go to the stealership for one later. In fact, the problem was completely solved when they were done. Taiwan was amazing and super helpful and professional. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent service! Through a series of unfortunate events, we suddenly had zero keys to our Honda CR-V. Since we needed special push to start keys (no "real" key), we had very few options. We were pleasantly surprised when our tech Steve responded right away and fixed us up with two keys.
