They replaced a broken tailpiece for a cheap deadbolt that I took in to their shop. They took care of it in less than 2 minutes and didn't charge me since it wasn't worth it to run my card for $5. I'll be sure to take cash next time so I can pay them back.

This company was a vendor under our home warranty and I received a call from them within minutes of getting a claim number from the warranty company. When I called back to schedule, they were able to come out immediately and rekey all of our locks. The guy who came was super nice and helpful, the went above and beyond in adjusting one of our locks. We would definitely use them again.
