I called Scott's because I was locked out of a 2015 car, they said the one and only option available was to pay to have the car towed to their shop and get relayed there. Not true, LDA security had the car ready to go soon after, for a better price than Scott's quoted me. They seem inexperienced, or aren't mobile anymore.

These guys are fantastic. Brian is so friendly and knowledgeable and always quick to help with my questions. Even better than that, he put together a little key ring with random keys for both of my toddlers because he knew they were obsessed with keys, and now they proudly take their keys with them every time we leave the house. Best customer service ever!!

I locked my keys in my car. I need to have someone come and unlock the door. David answered the phone when I called Scott's Lock & Key. I began asking questions about the service I needed. He was short with his answers to my questions. Then our conversation was finished he hung up. His customer service was poor, which lead me to call another company. This other company had great customer service;, which most appreciate when spending hard earned money. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment with the company that had great customer service. It was worth paying more, for friendly service.

They sold me their brand of hardware, saying it was much higher quality than what I would get from a hardware store, and the bronze finish easily scratched off after a few weeks of normal use. Expensive for what quality you get.

Knowledgeable fast and friendly. They literally saved me close to $200 today because they had a part that no one else would have carried in town. Don't mess with the junk you buy at a big box store. If you want a quality lockset or door handles you need to stop in to Scotts and they can help you out.

I walked in to get key made for my car and the guy, older guy, was in the office with friends. He came out and when I told him I needed a key for car cut. He was rude and first things out of his mouth, if it doesn't fit you don't get your money back. Really!!!! What kind of customer service is that!!!! And of course it didn't fit....will never go back or recommend them to anyone!!!!
