Called at 5am and was greeted in a friendly manner. Told him I'd be calling again at about 7am, but then I fell asleep at the hospital and he called to check up on me. He drove to the hospital I was at and met me in the lobby, gave him my key and talked to him for a moment. Gave me a very reasonable price and was sympathetic to what was going on with my girlfriend at the hospital. Left and came back with a better a quality key than what I gave him and with the new chip. All the other copies I had had made before would only open a door and the trunk or just the door, but this one opens all. He called me later with tips on what to do with my ignition and what not. Don't think I could had been given better service anywhere else. Thank you!

So nice and a real trooper; came out at midnight and was here a little over an hour. Had a lock that is not meant to be popped but found a way around it. He deserved more than we were able to pay him. Highly recommend.

I was at the gym early in the morning and had locked my keys inside my vehicle. I proceeded to call a locksmith, whom said that he would be there in an hour. When I was finished at the gym I headed out front fully expecting to see that person, no such luck. I phoned Tye to see if he could help out a distressed me. He said he could be there in 10 minutes and he was, as I was needing to get to work.He was extremely professional, caring and concerned with the situation at hand, and had my car unlocked in a matter of a couple of minutes.I would recommend him to everyone. His price was very competitive, compared to the rest of the locksmith businesses in the area.

My boyfriend accidentally kicked us out about 2 wks ago and called LockTye Lockouts, they were there within 30 mins, they were fast to get it unlocked and were very nice. *****A+. We were just passing through Twin Falls and we put the wrong key into the trailer lock and it got stuck. We called Tye and quickly told me how to get it out. All I needed was WD40 and pliers. I felt like I just called MacGyver. It didn’t have any tools and never mind WD40. I asked the manager of Black Bear Diner because that is where we got stuck and hungry. The manager said she had what I could borrow what I needed.The best past it didn’t cost me anything and we can be on our way without delay. Twin Falls people are awesome!

Last night I couldn't sleep so I got up to go out and have a smoke around 1 a.m. and the damn door wouldn't open I was locked in I woke up my roommate and we took apart the the door knob and there was a peice that was broken and we couldn't get it out or move it. We called lock tye lockouts and he walked us through over the phone he was the sweetest guy ever he saved us 60 bucks and got us out of our apartment because we have no other doors it was pretty scary and claustrophobic feeling. I'm so appreciative to you guys thank you.

I have never had to call a locksmith before and in the last month I've had a need for one twice. My first experience was so good that I knew exactly who to call when I needed one again. Best customer service ever. We were locked out of our RV at Jackpot, NV in mid November. Tye came down after dark at 9:00 P.M. with temperatures approaching freezing and was able to remove the broken deadbolt in our RV door and get the door open with no damage to our RV or door handle at all. He did a great job, and actually repaired our RV door handle so we didn't need a new handle. His charge was more than reasonable.....I highly recommend Tye. He was terrific.

Tye is the man! Hands down. I'm a truck driver I locked myself out of my truck at the Chobani plant in Twin Falls. I've never had to call a locksmith or lockout service before but I'm glad I called this one. Tye was there in 20 minutes and after about 15 minutes I was back in my truck and ready to roll again. Super professional and great service. I hope I never need another lockout service but if I do I know who I would call. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thanks again!!

Quite a while ago needed my house unlocked & was told that they needed to be drilled or a pick gun. Called another locksmith that has been local for a very long time & was unlocked without any special tools or drilling.
