Locked our keys in a running car. GoogledPocatello locksmith- LDA was the third one I tried and only one who answered this late. 20 minutes later they were here at 10:30 pm and within 5 minutes of them getting here, they had the car unlocked and our problem solved. I have never used LDA before, but they honestly made it so my boyfriend was not late for his night shift. They were very convenient and professional and FAST! So relieved right now and impressed with their service. Also,inexpensive and very reasonable considering the time we called! I am so impressed!

When it comes to locksmiths or security related items I will not use anyone except LDA! I called Dennis Saturday night after ACE Hardware's spare key they made broke some tumblers off in my ignition. Not only was he quick to respond but even came back the next day which was father's day to finish the job! My car is not a typical car either. One of only a few in Idaho most likely. He got it fixed and got me going. The entire time was fantastic with keeping me in the loop and was very pleasant to deal with as well!

Halfway into my road trip to Northern Idaho I realize I forgot the key to my cartop carrier. It’s Saturday and even if I overnight the key I won’t have it till Monday. I call a local locksmith knowing they won’t be open and if they are it will take hours to make the key and then the business will empty my wallet. I call LDA and the guy is way cool. He was willing to open his shop and 30-min later I’m back on the road with two keys to my Yakama cartop and it only cost about $40. This company totally saved my family camping trip.

We had a new key programed to our 2013 Chrysler 200 because we lost the original key, and after about a week we found the original in a jacket pocket. We then tried to use our original key and it wouldn't work. My husband called and they said they don't believe it's our original key and they won't fix it unless we pay them to reprogram the original. Why would we need to pay the company to fix something that they rendered useless??! Our original key should work. They have cheaper prices, but, for example, it's pointless if you're going in to purchase a spare and then after only one works. I'd rate zero stars if I could. **UPDATE: They called and left a message saying they could do it for us for half the price. Which, I'll be honest, was a little patronizing. Once again: Why should I have to pay for them to program my factory key? The only way I will change my review (or opinion of them) is if they do the thing they should and reprogram my key without expecting me to pay. Which I honestly don't think is an outrageous request.

I had an incident yesterday where my 7 year old accidentally locked my 2 year old in the car and my car was still running! I tried calling another locksmith on the search list when I googled for places in the area but they did not answer and I'm so glad they didn't because these guys answered the phone after 2 rings and showed up within 15 minutes! It made my situation that much easier to deal with. The guys were kind and gave me a calming smile and I even hugged one of them feeling so grateful for their rescue. Definitely the kind spirits we need in our community and I will refer them to everyone!

I was from out of town at a softball tournament. My keys were lost, we called other towing company's that told me they could be there in a few hours. I got ahold of LDA, not only did they make me a priorty they showed up turned a bad situation good, made me laugh about it.. They made me a new key.. I was more than satisfied. Not to mention the next day my buddy locked his keys in the car.. Guess what called them right back and we were back on the road headed to Utah in no time.. Terrific experience.. Top notch

Imagine.. its 6pm.. 98 degrees outside. Your car door shuts and the doors lock. Your 16 month old baby is sleeping in the backseat!!! My phone, keys, insurance everything locked in there. I called Dennis with LDA in a frantic panic - he reassured me that she would be fine and he was already on his way to me. After a long 5 minutes... he showed up!! After he got me into my car and we made sure she was okay ... still snoozong ... I turned to him for payment. Dennis tells me my daughter being safe is payment enough and thanked me for my business. THANKED ME for him getting into my car..

These guys are fast, affordable, and GOOD! They were able to make a key for my son's WRX, they went to where the car was, was able to program it, and even had a key in Stock! Subaru didnt even have a key in stock & it would have taken a week to get the key in, & would have had the car towed to them! I highly recommend these guys! They were GREAT!
