I am pleased with Castle Lock & Key. I spoke with Kevin (the owner) on the phone about options for installing a deadbolt. He was very helpful. I scheduled an install the next day. His son, Scott, showed up to install the dead bolt. Scott did high craftsmanship work. Everything functioned perfectly when he was finished. He was also very knowledgeable and able to rekey a couple of door handles (one that was an entirely different brand and very old) so that I only need to use one key to unlock all my doors/deadbolts. I enjoyed my interactions with both Kevin and Scott and would recommend them for affordable and high quality work related to locks.

Love, love, love these guys! Super responsive. We had the lousiest front door handle (not even stamped "Made in China" so you can tell the quality). It kept falling apart and each time Kevin and crew would come out and rejigger it. We finally agreed it wasn't worth saving and will replace it. Highly recommend this company!
