BOB is THE MAN. I called on a Sunday. He was at my house in 40 minutes, worked on my stuck ignition lock, made me two keys that easily turned the ignition (that was CEMENTED stuck before), tolerated my over-friendly dogs, and explained everything he was doing and how I could work with my old car ignition tumbler in the future. All for $60. ON A SUNDAY. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars if I were to tow my car to the dealership for a new ignition tumbler (which was going to be my next move). BOB IS THE GREATEST. I highly recommend!

There was a fire next door to our business and our lock was cut by the fire department. We called every lock smith in the area and either they didn't answer the phone or said they couldn't come out until noon the next day. This was at 3:00 am and all of these companies said they were 24/7 service but weren't able to assist us. We called Bob and even though he isn't a 24 hour service he was at our store within 30 minutes and fixed our door so we could secure our store!!! We highly recommend this company to any one in need of a lock smith!!! Thanks again Bob :)

Bob bailed me out. I was in town for work and made a quick trip out to Homedale. Like an idiot, I locked my keys in my rental car. No one else was willing to come help but Bob stepped right up and drove out to Homedale.H opened the car without any scratches or damage which was awesome and he charged a fair price. Absolute top notch service! Not only did he get to my car in under 10 minutes, but he was very speedy opening my car! Best thing I got out of this was the spare key he made me for $3. I hadn't made another copy of my key because with every one the cost is $65 because it has a chip. Turns out, I can have a spare that'll at least unlock the doors! Fantastic job, and reasonable price!

I needed a key made for a 2002 toyota camry, he said it was a year where it was optional to be programmed. He's the professional, I trusted him, I ended up with a key that won't turn over my engine and out 100 bucks. He even knew it didn't work when he left and never offered a partial refund. What a joke!
