A BIG waist of time. Customer Service is horrendous, will never take my business to them or recommend them to ANYBODY!!!!!!! Do not waist your time, they have no clue what they are doing.

Broke ignition cylinder in my car, had to pay someone else to fix it and do the job he was supposed to do. Ended up costing way more than it should have because of his mistakes.

What a rip off! I was sold a bill of goods for hundreds of dollars only to find out what they sold me was not only standard issue but against Boise City code! We waited weeks and weeks for service and had to call every other day to get a response. Called another company who had what I needed in stock, was here the same day, and assured what I already had was very secure.

Called to secure a home with latches not aligning, a broken spring in a French door that would not lock. Sprayed some oil, said it needed more oil, charged $180 to rekey and left home unable to secure. A danger to use.

Would not recommend this shop. I've been to 2 shops in the last week, this shop charge me $6 for a key the other shops same Key $4. Plus he doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.

They can do VW keys with internal remotes and I found out they do all kinds of keys with computer chips inside. I bought a door knob set for my back door to my patio, was only $10 from their used bin, works great! Highly recommend.
