I needed a key now! And on a saturday morning no less. Called A1 and Dennis showed up before I knew it. Very friendly and took care of my problem in the most economic way. In fact we have used A1 for other jobs now as well.

I needed to have keyfobs with the key built in programmed and cut, they had advised they would charge even if they couldn't get them programmed. They cut the keys and the woman tried programming them to the vehicle but they would not fully program. She then proceeded to charge me the full amount. I had told her we were short on money and she said she would see what she could do. $45 to cut 2 keys and the failing to program is robbery, I would have understood paying for the cost of cutting them but to pay full for cutting and programming after she couldn't get them to work is just shoddy service. I wound up having to go to the Ford dealer to have the IC module flashed which she could have done. I will stick with AAA-1 Lock and Key in Nampa for my needs. Definitely would avoid these people.
