I am very impressed with this business. I locked not only my dad's spare key but his main key in his car this afternoon. I first called a different company, who had me wait for an hour, after telling me they were on their way, only for me to call back and their driver tell me he wasn't coming. I was in a panic and I called Busy Bee and he was very fast. He not only found me in a parking lot but he was there in record timing. It took him about 10 seconds to unlock the car! He was fast and reliable. I will recommend him to everyone!

Lost my key and needed a new one made so called around to get prices. A Busy Bee was the cheapest price and had the best reviews and when he came out he more than lived up to both expectations! He was fast, personable and affordable. If I ever need a locksmith again I am definitely calling A Busy Bee.

PLEASE get a written quote before Clint shows up in your home. Beware if you don't. You will get seriously overcharged and I mean seriously. I had priced out the job several months ago with multiple locksmiths. I was completely upfront about a difficult lock picking situation (another locksmith had attempted to pick lock (Advanced Lock) and had left the job undone without a charge) and stupidly I failed to inquire as to how much it would cost to pick (a 2 hours service charge - two guys there less than 2 hours, plus $40.00 just to show up (i.e. no FREE quote), plus each key $2.25 (not free three keys like their add implies). Trust me, you cannot dispute the charge after you get ripped off! I asked for a mere measly $40.00 off an already overpriced bill, and was told no way. You are getting nothing from us, in fact Clint said he should have charge MORE FOR THE SERVICE. He said he was doing a favor to let us off so cheap!!! HE went into a long detailed explanation about how he is like a plumber or an electrician and can charge those rates $60.00 hour - same rates as electrician rates. He stated, he had learned nothing from our conversation. He told me it was MY fault for not getting a quote upfront, not his fault for not giving one. He didn't even give the courtesy of giving me a itemized bill when he left!!! All reputable companies will give an itemized bill - not Clint. No itemized receipt when he left. Not once, not ever in my 3 conversations with the guy did he ever say how much anything was going to cost. Have I made my point? DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME WITHOUT A WRITTEN QUOTE! There is no such thing as a free quote with this business - don't believe it for a minute. Get it in writing first before they show up!

Very disappointed, awful service! I called Busy Bee to help me get into my house because I had locked myself out. They came in a "Baldwin Lock & Key" truck about 25 minutes, but the employee had either forgotten the lock gun or his wasn't working, so he had to try to rig my door lock manually, with what looked like two hair pins. The process usually takes 5 minutes (as verified by him) so you would think after 15-20 minutes, he would call a coworker for reinforcement. I suggested he call a coworker, and he nodded but didn't call anybody. He proceeded to continue to try to open my door for an hour. I had my 2-year-old son with me and time was of the essence. He was not sensitive to this. When we finally got in the house (the solution did NOT involve him actually unlocking a door!), he gave me the bill. I asked "Are you going to give me a discount since it took an hour?" and he said "I gave you a $5 discount." I couldn't believe it. A 10% discount. I also own my own business and if I delivered such terrible service, I would never charge my client. I reported my disappointment to the company via their contact form on their website, and never heard back. I just noticed that they cashed my check. What terrible customer service!

Great! Great! Great! In short, I can only reiterate what all the other 5 star reviews have stated. Service was fast, affordable, accomodating, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'd give a solid star for performance on each of those traits but 5 stars will have to do. Clint was top notch and has recently bought Baldwin Lock & Key. I'm so happy and pleased with his service that I'm going to post a second review under Baldwin Lock & Key to get the word out. From now on, Clint's my locksmith and I'm going to refer everyone over to him.

Nice guy...got all the odd keys I needed made quick. He'll talk your ear off though, lol. It's worth it. If you have some keys that others say they can't cut, I'd try busy bee.
