Called around noon and got an answer within 4 rings, he was able to tell me if he had the correct blank for my key, affirmative. No wait time he cut it right then and even went out to be sure it worked for me himself before I even paid. It did work. After going to every other place in town first this guy had the best customer service and was actually able to meet my need whereas elsewhere said they could but in fact could not.

Unfortunately I've had more than my fair share of experiences with Locksmiths. Seeing as I have so much experience, take this to heart: A-1 LOCK & KEY is everything you're looking for when you're standing outside your car in 20 degree weather looking at your keys sitting on your console. Response was fast, and the after hours fee was more than reasonable. And to avoid this scenario in the future, they also make duplicates and can program them too. A replacement key from the factory rings up to $400. A-1 pricing is less than half of that. Mason is your guy.

These guys are awesome. The other lock Smith in town wanted me to pull the passenger side lock out of truck, bring it in to him for him to make 5 or 6 keys at $15/piece. Then drive back up to test the on truck. Whatever!! A1 came to me within 30 minutes of call. No extra keys to pay for, no extra gas money and the customer service was wonderful!! Thsnks A1
