I wanted to get duplicate keys made for my car key -- tried Home Depot, Lowe's, and two City Mills and they all couldn't do it (no, it doesn't have a chip in it). Went to Pearl City Key Shop on the recommendation of the key person at the Pearl City City Mill -- success! The duplicates worked without a hitch (I've had issues with some shops on the mainland) -- I noticed that the owner took the time to inspect and refine them -- great workmanship. Yes, as other reviews stated, apparently English isn't the owner's first language -- but he understood what I wanted and delivered.

Called to find out if they were an actual storefront to get car keys cut. I was met with a simple hello and broken English, the words "key shop" mumbled and then hung up on. You won't get a second chance.

Friendly grand pa and grand ma. They can make special key that Home Depot can't. Fast and easy to find /park location by Don Quote.

Went in to have a key cut (car key). Was told that they couldn’t do it. Seriously? Isn’t this a locksmith?

He lost my Lv wallet or gave to someone else and was willing to give me someone else’s he to much. Dealt with before never had a problem to this and he wanted to give me only $50 no way it’s worth more than that. So yeah never dealing with him again. Beware people before it happens to you.

The store front is actually "Key and Shoe Repair". Shop owner speaks little English but is very nice and cut a key that nobody else had blanks or laser mapping for.
