Not only were they open 24 hours a day, but when I called and explained the problem, they had an answer. I had them come out and check it the next day. Found out my locks were crap, and they helped us to pick out a good lock. They were professional and friendly. After getting the parts, they came and installed it. They had to fix some things that weren't done right the first time, and they have made me feel safe in my home. I would Completely recommend them, and will use them again should I lock myself out of my car or home!! Thanks for all your help!

i was in vogel state park, just setup my camp site & wouldnt you know that I foolishly left my keys inside the motorcycle trailer. a park ranger came by just before the end of his shift. he had a list of 3 lock smiths in the visitor center that he fetched for me. the ranger told me that one was over an hour away so I called the next on this list and the time was about 2030. my cell phone only rang 2 times before brad answered. I told him of my stupidity & he was quick to say that he'd be at the visitors center in about an hour. i hung up & 2043, finished prepping my tent & walked up to meet him. last time I looked at my phone was about 2130 & I saw him driving up. he brought his wife too, I can not say enough about how super nice this couple is!!! I showed them the way to my tent & I am sure it might have crossed their mind that I was just trying to get them deeper into the woods by the time I pointed out my motorcycle reflections in his headlights. we all jumped out & he asked which lock to start on first. I told him 50/50 cuz I was to stupid to remember where I might have left the keys. she started working on the motorcycle trunk & he started on the trailer. after a while he handed me the keys and the whole time we 3 talked about things. If I am ever in that area again & need a locksmith, brad & jenny will be the ONLY ones I call!!! brad, jenny, next time you are in Lexington ky, call me, I wanna take yall out for dinner!!!

We very highly recommend SafeGuard Lock and Vault of Blairsville, Georgia. We recently finished building a home in the area and were concerned about the number of keys shuffled about by the subcontractors during the construction process. My husband, a retired senior assistant district attorney, had seen more than one case during his career where a burglar had bought a key from a subcontractor and then entered the home after the new owners had moved in. We were both concerned about security. At the appointed time, only two hours after we'd taken possession of the home, Brad (owner of SafeGuard Lock and Vault) arrived at the appointed time and re-keyed all the exterior locks. He also installed a peephole where we requested. Brad was conscientious, efficient, and knowledgeable in going about his business. In addition, he was very personable. Brad and his assistant provided excellent service all the way out in Suches on a rainy day. My uncle lost his keys to his cabin and they were able to rekey the doors with no trouble. Very pleasant and professional. I know my uncle will be going to them if he needs anymore lock smith services.
