***Do not Use Company***. This company is a scam. We used this company to change out a lock. They did not complete the job, the door does not lock and they did not leave any of the pieces so that we could fix the door properly ourselves after their shoddy work. We were charged double what they quoted is, $400 for a door that still does not lock or is secure. Find a reputable locksmith but do not use these guys. I wish I had read through the reviews more closely before using as you will see that most of the 5 star reviews are fake.

Absolutely great. Willie responded shortly after being called. Had a problem with changed locks where deadbolt was not changed and keyed to one key. Willie was absolutely great. He took his work seriously, assessed the problem, and fixed the problem by having to install another deadbolt. He took his time with us, answered all questions, had us inspect his work, and did not leave until we were 100% satisfied. He was extremely courteous the entire time he was with us. The price he charged us was very reasonable. Couldn’t ask for better. This is who I will call next time I need a locksmith, and I definitely will ask for Willie.

MISLEADING AND SHADY!!! Quoted $10.00-$30.00 per lock. We have 11 locks, all standard excluding 1. Based on this quote, it should have been no more than $200-$300 max. We were charged $650.00!!! I called to speak with management the following day and based on the customer service provided by Amber, I don't think they really cared about my concerns. SO, steer clear and call a different locksmith!

I called on a Wednesday and set up an appointment on Friday for 10:00. The technician called, confirmed the appointment, and then called again to let us know he was going to be 20-30 mins late. And hour and a half later, he never showed. It wasn’t until after everyone left that we got a call that he made it. I don’t mind folks being late. It happens on these types of jobs. I do mind being kept in the dark, getting a couple “Oh just 15 more minutes” and essentially being deceived into wasting our time. I’m sure they’ve done well for other people, but not us.

They told us $25 to come out to unlock our vehicle but when they got there they said it would be $85. I asked for a quote when I originally called but all she would tell me was $25. They did the job but $85 to unlock a door which took about 30 seconds is a little ridiculous. I'll call around next time.

I would not recommend them at all. I called because I locked my keys in my car and they said they had someone on the way to me, they called me 30 minutes later letting me know they had to respond to an emergency and would be there soon. Another 30 minutes passes and I call them for an update on how long it would be and I get put on hold for 5 minutes, so I call back just to cancel them coming out and the lady I spoke to was very rude and still trying to push a sale on me instead of being concerned or trying to get someone out ASAP. So I called another lock smith right after and they came within 10-15 minutes.

Great locksmith! I was just in the market for a couple of duplicates of a house key, and preferred to go to a locksmith instead of some retail store that did everything under the sun, including cutting keys. I called and the lady said she would have to get a tech in, that there was not one on site at the time. She asked how long before I would be there and I responded that I was just minutes away, and she said "Come on in, I'll get my supervisor in to do it" and he arrived just a matter of minutes after I did. Both people were very pleasant and Issac (who cut my keys) knew what he was doing - even asked if I knew who made the lock or if there was a "Do not duplicate" on the lock itself (never been asked that before because the others who made duplicates DID NOT KNOW ENOUGH TO ASK!) Got home, and the keys worked perfectly. I see myself doing business with these folk in the future!

I wasn't happy with the receipt. Because the key and the bolt lock have the same name brand that means it will work together and it won't need to do re_key. All need to do is push and pull the door to make them connect. Anyway before he start does it, he didn't tell me how much that I must pay. He just gave me the receipt at the end to pay $153 for nothing wrong with the bolt lock and the key. After that I called to company complained and they told me they noted it and someone will give me a call but I got nobody call me. No professional service at all.
