This business only has 5 star reviews so perhaps it was just my experience that was bad but be warned. It took an hour for them to show up despite the business being 0.7 miles away from my location; however, this actually was not a problem for me as I had all day if need be but they certainly didn't know that so be prepared for an hour wait. The real issue occurs when they lied about cost. Over the phone I was very direct that I wanted a quote for the entire total and specified that I didn't just want a quote on the service fee but the entire transaction. I was told $35 over the phone but when the locksmith arrived he disagreed and claimed I couldn't have been told $35 and that it was $60-$70. For professional reasons I record all my phone calls and upon playing back the conversation for the locksmith he angrily cursed and peeled put of the parking lot. While that isn't actually an awful price if you call around you will certainly find a better price, even if only by a little. That's how this company gets you, when you call for a quote to compare prices they will only quote the service charge even if you specify that you want to know the total. Then you think they are the cheapest around when in fact they are not. If you do not care to save the few extra dollars this company seems okay but be cautious as they have clearly shown they don't mind using shady practices.

My wife is from tn and is at the children's hospital of altanta she locked her keys in her car last night and I called for her and got a price from a man and it was very reasonable. The car has power locks and the locksmith was there for 2 minutes unlocked the car and charged 164.00 for emergency unlock. That is so not reasonable. She payed with her debit card and he never have her a price til after he swiped t he card for the outrageous amount. Will never recomend or call again. If this ever happens again I will overnight her a spare to her it has to be cheaper.

Get the cost in writing before handing over your money!! We got locked out of our house this morning when an old secondary broken lock was mistakenly engaged. I called when I got to my office (around 9ish) and asked if somebody can come out later that afternoon. The guy came at 2:30 and had the lock open in less than a minute, and even said he fixed it so it would work again. He said “that will be $29.00” and had my partner fill out the form. It was only after he ran the card and left that he realized the guy wrote after “$29.00 service call, $155.00 emergency lock out fee, $25.00 for cylinder change”. When he texted me what had happened, I called the place back, and the guy hung up on me after I told him why I was calling and asked how that was considered an emergency lock out. I tried calling again, and no answer and no voicemail.

This company is a scam! I called for a quote and was told it would be $35 total for a simple door fix. When the technician showed up (over an hour later when I was told 20 minutes and had to call to check in) he quoted me $140. I told him there was no way I was paying that amount and that I had been quoted at $35 over the phone. He said that’s only the starting rate. This was not conveyed to me at all on the phone. We called the office and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude and said she had a recorded audio clip of them telling me that it was $19 for a service call and started at $35, which is simply not the case. Then he tried to bargain with me and said he would break the lock for $60. Really?! I can break it for free. On top of it all, the technician was in an unmarked white van and he would not leave my house without the $19 service charge. I was home alone with my baby and felt extremely uncomfortable. It was ridiculous that I got scammed and had to pay a service charge because they hadn’t conveyed the correct information over the phone and the technician would not leave my house. I couldn’t believe how rude and arguementative the manager and tech were. While reading reviews here with similar complaints, I notice that they write that it was another company. Don’t believe that lie! They will misquote you and scam you for the service charge or even more! There are plenty of other reputable locksmiths in the area that are honest and look out for their customers. Do your research and please avoid this horrible company!

COMPLETE SCAM! Called and said it was $19 for a service charge and $35 to open up. Guy comes here an hour later and says it $200.
