We needed a padlock cut off our exterior fuse box we didn't even realize existed until we lost power in the house. Izik was out there quickly , cut the lock off and we were able to to restore power within an hour. Usually no story that contains the phrase "and we had to call a locksmith " ends well, but this one did!

Horrible service Customer service is a all high negative. The key they gave me failed twice! When I requested my money back the gave me the run around then told me in order to get my money back I had to change my review not to mention I had to meet their technician at his requested location which is absurd. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is a company that was sent to me via AAA.
