This man named John (whom I assume owns this business) showed absolutely AMAZING customer service!! I called him needing a key made for a car that I had lost the key to. He was not only super friendly but also helped me find a cheaper, better option when he could have just quoted me a $125 price (like the man I called before calling him) but instead of just trying to make money, he truely helped me!! 5 stars!! You don't find many honest people in business like him anymore

Just called to inquire about a hotel lock repair. Was told that on his caller ID my name came up, and he think my name is pretty absurd. THIS is the first thing John had to say. Because My name is foreign, he was not willing to work for us. Racism still is around guys, do not give this guy any business. I was born in Atlanta, GA! And I'm an American, this company and this guy is why we are not all treated nicely! I had to ask again since I was so taken back. And he confirmed, he thinks my name is stupid!

We recently bought an older property with eight doors, (some had both knobs and deadbolts) with no two keys working on any of them! Jon assessed, ordered parts and installed within a week. We now have 1-key that works all the locks without having the expense of buying all new hardware. Nice, efficient & professional. Very pleased!

I'm going to start this with you treat people how you want to be treated. With that being said I first called Jon and explained my situation. I needed my trucks key and computer reprogrammed. I told him how I got to problem I was having. He told me it was going to be $200. I agreed because I needed it done. I went to his office the following week and spoke with him. Since he didn't remember what I had told him because in HIS WORDS everything I told him was " STATIC". I started to explain the situation again and he said again it was "STATIC" so I then told him that the theft light was blinking. He then proceeded to ask me the questions I answered in all that so called STATIC so we had to go back and forth about the whole thing. When we were done, now remember he has had a nice little aditude the whole time. He tells me it will be $250. There again I needed it done and he was going to come to the house. I ask him why it went from $200 to $250. He tells me because I have too have two keys made. I tell him I have two keys so I won't need new ones. He obviously doesn't care but I will say he did say if he felt like I didn't owe him the full $250 he would leave the extra in the seat. I was going to be at work when he came. He then ask my name and address. I start to give him directions and he stops me and says he doesn't need directions because he has my address. The next evening I come home and the money was still there so he didn't show. When I call the office my call won't go through so I go to the office. His assistant comes out and says he is in the back but she tells me he couldn't find my place and I tell her that I tried to give him directions and he said he didn't need them. Then she tells me that he couldn't do it because it messed his computer up. Now folks I'm not a ginues but I don't know how it could have messed his computer up if he couldn't find my place. So I leave. Then a little later I try calling again and still my phone won't make the call. I then call from my girlfriends phone and it rings. He answered so I asked how did his computer mess up if he couldn't find it. He then says he slept on it and decided that he wasn't going to do it. He also states that he already broke a rule that he doesn't do that unless it had been worked on by a certified mechanic. I need to remind you in all that "STATIC " I told him my cousin is a certified mechanic. Then he said that he looked me up and found out that I would give him problems if he delt with me. I will say if you are an ass to me yes everyone that knows me knows I will definitely be an ass back but I kept my cool with him until at this point. Then he tells me he had my number blocked after the first time we talked. To me that is very childish and unprofessional. My 4 kids don't even act that childish. I also found out he was charging me 150% more than the dealership. The dealership that blew my mind. So word of advice Jon. If you don't like someone because of whatever childish reason you come up with just tell them you can't do it. I would have just said okay and found someone else. I definitely do not recommend Jon or his company. Neither him or his assistant are professional. The only reason I bring her into it is because she will come out and lie and not even have her story straight or understand what she is saying. Oh and listen to that "STATIC" it will help you understand what's going on and you won't have to ask a thousand question. Have a wonderful day just never with my money.
