Reliable and very good service I recommend this locksmith company

I felt scammed!! I called for a quote. The lady that answered told me $19 to get to my apartment and a $35 start fee. She then asked what was the make and model of my car. I told her. When the man arrived he opened my door in less than a minute. Then handed me a receipt with $120 +$20 for labor. There was no explanation when I asked how an extra $80 was calculted. Atleast have some logical explanation for me. I think its a SCAM! Work with them if you want. Maybe you dont mind giving $140 of your money to someone who did a 3min labor job. It just seems unreasonable to me.

DO NOT by any means call these people!! Complete rip off. Fraud company. I was told the price would be $19 to come out plus the labor fee of $35. They charged me $145 claiming my car is difficult to open. I told them up front what type of car I had and it took him last than 10 minutes to open. I hope they go out of business!

I was stuck on my way to school and I locked myself out of my car. I called Atlanta Local Locksmith and they were quick with a reasonable price. It was great service and I would definitely recommend to them for any locksmith help!

Great service! I lost my key and the dealership wanted me to tow my car to them and charge me more than double of what this guy did. Did I mention he came at 9pm at night and did it in less than an hour?!?!!!! Sweet service , fast service and reasonable prices.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Update: Take note that they deny it was their service for every negative review. However, I have the phone records to prove I was talking to them. REVIEW: I was calling on a Sunday to get quotes. When I told them the quote I had been provided by another service, the technician ("Ben") said he would beat he price by $50 and he would be at my house in thirty minutes. One hour later, someone from the office called and said that "Ben" only had one key fob for my car, so he would come make one key, then go to the office to get another key and return to my location to make the second key. I told her I would prefer that he just get both key fobs and come to my location to do the keys at the same time. She called me back ten minutes later to tell me that he would only be making one key and that he would not be honoring the quoted price. She said "No one is making you two keys for $465." I gave her the number to the other company and told her to call them herself. Meanwhile, they had wasted an hour and ten minutes of my time when the other company could have already been at my house. So I then called the other company and scheduled the guy. Meanwhile, Local Atlanta calls me back to say they would make me one key for a discounted price. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I would not pay them $10 for a key at this point, as I have no reason to believe they even know what they are doing. Horrible customer service. Sneaky bait and switch. And they simply do not perform. Don't waste your time.

he technician,Danny was very helpful upon arrival all the way through the finish. I have to mention how nice and friendly he was the whole time. He got here quickly, works very fast, and gets the job done with honest quality work. They have very reasonable prices.

They were able to get the job done in a timely manner however it is a complete rip of how they gauge there time. I called the number and the lady told me 15 to come out and it would be 35 and up for the service. I figured it would be fairly reasonable otherwise I would’ve shopped around. After 2 minutes of him opening my 98 Tacoma that doesn’t even have automatic door locks the price jumped up to 135. It was not made clear at all before opening the truck either. Regardless to say this will be the last time I use this service.

SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WARNING!!! We called this company to simply open a car door. They told us to would be $19.00 to come out and $40.00 for labor. After two minutes of “work” they charged us $140.00!!!!! Didn’t review the charges just swiped my boyfriends card. When we called to ask details of the charges the lady in the office had no clue and said “she only worked in the office” now when we called back to notify them they needed to adjust to their quoted rate or we will need to dispute them with our credit card, she hangs up the phone in my boyfriends face and now won’t answer the phone?!!!! What kind of scam are they running, thinking they can just charge whatever they feel like? I think not. Super unprofessional and deceiving. We will be disputing the charges as FRAUD and reporting them to the BBB! Also, if you want to claim you guys weren’t the company that serviced us along with how “difficult the job was” as you did on all the other SCAM reviews and posts of people telling them truth about your company, YOU’RE ON CAMERA! We have video footage how long you were there and what you exactly worked on.

The locksmith showed up early and worked very fast. The charge was the same as his quote over the phone and as a benefit, he also made a spare key for free! I would definitely recommend this locksmith!
