I found J&M Locksmith on Google and called them because of the reviews I read. I had a great experience and highly recommend Eugene and J&M Locksmith. I was able to schedule an appointment for a time that worked for me. I thought my key had gone bad and I was going to need to replace my locks, but lucky for me, the inside of the lock had just come loose and I just needed it to be reset and tightened. My door wasn't aligned and so my lock was sometimes difficult to use, which may have caused the issue from the beginning. Eugene was able to align my door so that the lock now is easy to lock and unlock. Thank you!

I called them around 11 AM and they said a technician would arrive at 12:30. The tech showed up at 1:54 and had the NERVE to charge me $250 for a regular key for my Volkswagen. Yes, VW keys are expensive but for $250 you typically receive a REMOTE KEY NOT A REGULAR KEY. Then he had the nerve to tell me that he would charge me $330 for a remote key! My DEALERSHIP charges less. Needless to say this company SUCKS and when the receptionist found out I cancelled service he hung up in my face he didn't even apologize for the tardiness of his employee! Take your business elsewhere.

The only reason this company gets a one star from me is because they don't have an option to give them no stars at all. Called them yesterday at 2:30pm and they said the price to re-key a car would be 150 (which was an outstanding price) so we booked for a technician to come out. About 5 minutes later we received a text saying it will now be $225 since the key has a chip, at this point we didn't even care we just wanted a key made for the vehicle. They told us the technician would be out around 6pm, an hour pass and no technician, we call and ask where was his location and he says in a joking manner that he's still in North Georgia and wouldn't get to us until 8 or 9 pm. (By the way every time you call the number you get a different person every time, and no one is on the same page) So we ended up canceling the services because of dinner plans. All through our dinner they kept calling us asking if we were home to do the services, mind you we cancelled a long time ago. So today we decided to give them another chance and they still failed us. We were told that they would send someone to the house, and to just call when we were home so they could send someone out, so we call once we were about 10 mins from the house and the guy says, oh the note on this account says we can't re-key your car! Wow, just wow! After all of that, they couldn't perform the job anyhow! Please spend your money else where, they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I called J&M to help find a solution for my office building in Roswell. I have 11 tenants all with a front door key, a suite key and their individual room key. It was very hard for me to keep track of over 30 keys and having to make new ones when someone lost a key. The locksmith Eugene, recommended I re-key all the locks and add a master key so that I would only have 1 key to keep track of and that 1 key would open every door in my building. This is exactly what I choose to do and I love it. I don’t have to worry about carrying a bunch of keys around worrying about which key opens what door. I went there over the weekend and use my key and it worked flawlessly. I would recommend using J&M locksmith as they provided a solution for my problem and gave me a great price with quality work. Five stars no doubt.

UPDATE: Eugene immediately called and apologized for the tech and said he will immediately refund the overcharge! It's so nice to see a company acknowledge their mistake and make it right. Eugene seemed very upset with the tech and expressed the importance of good customer service. I would use this company again (assuming my refund is received). Complaint: Was quoted $100 over the phone to unlock a vehicle. Tech arrived an hour later and demanded $130, added a $30 service fee. Then charged additional $20 because I did not have cash on hand and had to use credit card. Dishonest! Will never call this company again.

If you need a locksmith, look no further! Call Eugene! Back in 2015, Eugene installed my new keyless entry and re-keyed all of my locks. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very responsive and cared about doing the best job. I just called him now 3 years later and asked him to change the batteries. I called them this morning concerning re pining my driver side door lock cylinder. I requested a price he couldn't give me a solid price. He stated between 135.00 to 150.00. I ask him what was thr flat price he got mad and said go some where else and hung the phone up on me. I called back to their business but from his caller ID he seen my number so he didn't answer so i called from another number he answered so i asked for the manager he said he was so i can report what have happened. "Where is the management" seriously?!!!!!!. That company is very rude. They over charge. They are not honest nor honor their word. I suggest if anyone have a problem like mines and experience got to the dealer and purchase a remote to unlock and lock their car until the money is available. It only cost 52.00 with tax. Pus order the part from the dealer at 60.00 and get your mechanic put it in. That place don't value business nir it's customers!!!!!!! Watch out for fake reviews cause he or anybody he knows can write them and post them.
