Google phony locksmith. These guys are a nationwide problem. The only locksmith in Griffin with a shop location is Southside Lock & Door Co.

Don't waste your time calling if you live in the Griffin, GA area, they no longer service this area and will be very rude to you and hang up on you when they find out you live here. Unbelievable!!

I’m glad I read the reviews after calling these people! Canceled service with them to a avoid the hassel after the lady got rude with me! The picture on their site is the local Food Depot parking lot. Completely Bogus! Thanks for the heads up everyone.

They took an hour to get there, quoted a difference price on the phone, charged $100 dollars which is absolutely ridiculous after having to wait for so long and calling to check on the status. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

HORRIBLE experience with Lynne over the phone to collect payment. Would NOT EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. $145 to change a post office lock. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Was told there was no Google review for this business....well Lynne guess you was wrong!!!!!

Did not mean to give them 2 stars. I was trying to give them negative 2 stars. They are not in Griffin as web page suggest and terribly unhelpful. Rude is one adjective that comes to mind.

Called in to request options on payments, Lynn (who answered the phone after multiple people in our company called) was very rude and disrespectful to each of us. Her attitude is not professional whatsoever and I would not recommend service sinply based on that.

Do not call this company unless you want to wait hours for a "technician" or want to have the rate they quoted you double once they finally get there. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for some guy to finally show up in a regular car then tell me it was going to be 85 dollars to unlock my car! He was rude and unprofessional. The women at the office were helpless and didn't seem to care that he wasn't on time. After I told him to leave bc I wasn't paying $85 for crappy service, their "customer service representative" called me and told me I had to pay them $20 for the technician coming to my house. Which I refused so she said she was going to call the police and report me for theft of services! This is not the way to conduct business at all and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I honestly don't even think they are located in Griffin, GA. If you need a real, friendly, and professional locksmith with reasonable prices don't call this place, call Larry's Lock and Key!

I will never call back or recommend anyone to them. I called and the service lady was nice. But the Lock Smith was extremely Rude on the phone. Wanted to just show up with out answering any of my questions first. The lady quoted me what it might cost and the Lock Smith quoted me an outrages amount.

I would rate this company 5stars, Great customer service! The lady who answered was Really Nice and helped me with my lockout! The Tech called me back on time and was very nice to me! I would definitely recommend this company!

This place is a front. I googled a locksmith in Griffin and these folks will pick up and answer "services". When I told them I was trying to reach Southside lock and door they simply hung up. When I called back to ask for a manager they told me the manager was out. I took offense not only at the rude treatment but at the fact that the folks want you to think they are based in Griffin. They even have a map that shows a bogus location in Griffin.

Really bizzare. They quote me a rate, say the locksmith will be out in 30 minutes. Then I call back an hour later and my order has been cancelled because I called other locksmiths for rates but never set up any service order with the others. Very odd.
