VERY fast service! Only took maybe 20 minutes to arrive at the house after I called and was able to get the locks changed. Super easy! Very friendly gentleman (I think his name is Danny?) made chit chat as he worked. I would certainly call on this service again!

They are scammers! They told me if I gave them a review they would offer me a $20 discount. After he was gone, I’m updating my review to 1 star ⭐️ , 0 stars if I could. First they told me on the phone it was $49 + $19 for the call. Alright cool, they advise me they will be here in 20 mins. Minutes pass by, guy calls me and said he missed the exit and needed to get gas so that would be in additional 30 minutes now (ok cool) once he arrived at the location almost an hour later young guy comes out the car in a old beat Toyota Camry(he looked like he was still in high school) introduces himself and tells men if they advised me about they pricing and whatever. I was like yes they told me $49 + $19, he was like correct plus labor for what the tech charged which would an additional $50. I ended up paying over $150 for this high schooler to unlock my car. I was desperate and tired of waiting and had no choice. EVERYTHING WAS JUST A SCAM!!! BEWARE DO NOT LET THESE REVIEWS FOOL YOU Update: This is not a fake review. Tell me why the young High School kid called someone one speaker to process my card and get an approval code. Then I see the merchant does not match the company I called. Definitely going to investigate and file a claim. SCAM!!! please review and verify. They are paying for their reviews.

I was leaving class at Georgia Gwinnett College when I noticed that I had misplaced my car key, and I couldn't find it anywhere. I called Duluth Locksmith and they can in under 5 minutes and opened my door and cut a new key for my car. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently bought a house but the previous owner didn't leave us any mail box key. We contacted this locksmith, they told us upfront how much they will charge for trip fee, and have the technician come over and give us a price for locker replacement. Kahim Harris was the technician, he came within an hour, when he found out the locker he brought didn't fit the locker hole, he called the locksmith store and have them check the type of the locker that will fit. He then drove an hour to get the key. He communicated with us all the time and came back with the correct locker and installed the next morning. We are very happy with his service. We will definitely keep this company in our list for future use.

Just got back into my car after meeting Danny! I called Duluth Locksmith after calling one other company (w/out mentioning names) and gave an estimate of $80+ possibly more. On the other hand, this company was much more honest and affordable where I paid about 40% less than the first estimate I mentioned. I had mentioned that my dog was in the car, though the car was on with max A/C, he made sure to come as quickly as possible and kept me updated at any chance he could. Danny is friendly, prompt, quick and I hopefully there won’t be a next time but if so (or other lock issues), I will always give Duluth locksmith a call.

My batteries on my key fob were going out, so I replaced them. Those batteries worked for a while and I thought my key fob was going bad. I called Duluth Locksmith to get a replacement. It turned out the batteries I put in were old and needed replacing. I saved a lot of money with replacing the batteries instead of buying a new key fob. Thanks!!
