I locked myself out of my house. When I called Eric had already left the office, but told me he'd be 20 min. He was. He was very polite ( didn't laugh at me!), and tried his hardest to get me and my children in the house. My father in law was here also trying to help and he eventually popped the door open while Eric was trying another door. I tried to pay him for his time, but he refused to take anything. He was so kind and I will definitely recommend him to everyone who may need locksmith services! He showed me there are still wonderful people out there!!

These guys are AWESOME! They came right on time, that's rare quality nowadays. Very reasonable pricing and great service. Not only they were quick to spot the problem, they fixed it quick, too. And they also went out of their way to do some adjustment for my door, my door now closes & opens super smoothly! I can't say enough good things about them, highly recommended!!

A family owned and operated business goes a long way when it comes to this kind of integrity and courtesy. We called and got an answering machine and I promise you, it could not have been three minutes I got a call back from Eric as astute and professional as he could be, and this was a 4:45 pm call so it was the end of the day and he was so prompt and professional. Put us on the schedule for the first appointment considering our security issue and my quote and my final bill were THE SAME! .....and VERY fair! These guys are legitimate and qualified as it gets. I cant say enough good things about this company. My truck was broken into and all my keys to my business were stolen. Eric Nelson was able to respond to my location within 1 hour and assisted me in re-keying all of my door locks. He also helped me unlock several padlocks whose keys were also stolen. Great service!!!! I needed my house re-keyed, I call them and Kathy took the time to go over things with me so she could give me an accurate quote she explain a lot of things that I didn't know and made me feel like they new what they were doing. Gave me a very good pricing and flexible time to go to my home on a Saturday and they were there on time. Very professional, cleaned up after they finish and no hidden extra-cost at the last minute.
