I hate to rate so low, but when I called I spoke to ayoung lady who was very rude. I had to put her on hold to get the zip code where I was at and she quickly and rudely stated they do not service that zip code and hung up. I will not recommend this service if the people there are so rude!

I had a problem with my anti theft system on my truck and after 2 days of failed attempts, frustration, and disappointment I visited these guys at their store. I had good experiences with the couple on a couple occurrences but this one took the cake. They not only followed me out to my truck but they did everything they could to ensure that my problem was correctly diagnosed. Not only were they personable and cool but they saved me over a hundred bucks doing stuff that other lock Smith's had quoted me over $90 to do even if it didn't work plus $40 just to pull up.
