Stay away from this company at all cost!! If they damage your car they will find a way to say it’s not their fault. This is what happened.. one of their techs came out (late) to make me a key and program it. While the tech was working l left him unattended to go inside my house for a sort amount of time and when I got back to see what’s going on he had his jumper cables hooked up to my battery. I didn’t ask him for that and my battery had plenty of voltage had he checked. So now the locksmith is wrapping up his work and removes his jumper cables... and asked me to test out his key that he made for my car before he left (at this point he has my money in his hand and gave me a receipt for his completed work).. I did what he asked and guess what...the key didn’t work! Then he attempted to reprogram the new key again and he couldn’t get it working so he gave me my money back and said I can’t get it working because you have a fried computer chip and told me to take it to the dealership.. long story short, I took it to the dealership and they said the computer chip was not fried and they just had to make a new key and program it... and what makes matters worst is I found my original key the following day after the locksmith/tech guy damaged my car and that key didn’t work. If I never called this company to come out and work on my car, I could have just used my original key and not been out hundreds of dollars and weeks without my car..

I called security lock systems who said they would have someone look for free. When he came, he had researched the door and came prepared. He really worked hard, was professional, and for a cheap price. He took the whole door apart. He needed to think outside the box to fix the complicated problem and made it work. I really can't express how impressed I was. What a great business. I wish there were more like them!

This is the 3rd time I am trying to figure out how this posting reviews thing works. I hope this time I get it right. My name is Grace and last week after midnight I was on my way to work when my truck broke down. This wonderful young man whose name was Charles Rackett stopped to help me when no one else would. My phone was dead and my truck wouldn't start. He stopped and asked if I needed help. He pushed my truck off the road and into a parking lot. He plugged my phone in to charge while he worked on my truck. I don't know what he did, but after 20 minutes of going back and forth, getting on the ground and getting all dirty, he got it to start. It ran fine but he told me to take it to get checked out professionally to be safe and that's where it is now. I am so thankful he just happened to come along. I realize after looking over your website with my niece the next day that you're a locksmith business. Nonetheless, he stopped and helped me and got me to work safely. I have his card and thought this would be the right thing to do. Thank God for people like him.

Technician stayed in touch and kept saying just a few more minutes. 3 hours later and he calls finally and says he cant make it. The "system is down". Cant believe they didnt send another service tech or offer some sort of resolution. Had to make emergency plans for our child and still sitting here waiting for another company. Will never use this company again. Horrible way to do business.....coming from a highly Google rated company. I've never seen this........shocked.

Rushing to finish my last errand and get home before Tampa's afternoon traffic crawl, I left my keys dangling from my pocket chain, and grabbed some stuff for the Salvation Army dropoff box. I didn't notice that the small ring with housekey and car key dropped off, and were left inside with my purse and phone when the car doors self-locked. A kind stranger called AAA for me, and Drew Davis, my hero, immediately started driving to the rescue from the west side, arriving after 75 minutes of traffic mess. The unlock was quick; the service courteous, and no moaning about the great sacrifice he had made. A stellar performance! Thanks, Drew!

Security Lock Systems goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. From Roadside Service Supervisor - ERS Call Center: I wanted to provide a compliment for Charlie with Security Lock and Systems of Tampa. The member called in wondering where the service was, because she was waiting inside of Walmart and unsure if they had come or not. When I called Charlie he had just updated the notes in the call stating to clear the call unsuccessful because he had already been waiting for 25-30 minutes for the member. The issue was there was not a valid contact number in the call for the member, so he could not make contact with her. My compliment is the fact that Charlie waited so long attempting to wait for Mrs. Curtis. This was phenomenal and a practice that is not very common. Although he had been waiting so long Charlie was still very pleasant, nice, and helpful. I could not express how much I appreciated him not leaving the breakdown location although he had every right to do so. The member that was being serviced this evening was an elderly woman who has been a member with us for almost 33 years and was extremely happy he hadn’t left as well. That is what you call going above and beyond and just wanted to make sure he was recognized for being great.

We had a technician named Mike and he was absolutely incredible. The service is unparalleled. He took 5 minutes to get us in and a new key. I've never seen anything like it. We would use them time and time again.

Thank You Drew Davis!!!! For coming to the rescue of us damsels in distress! My daughter had lost her car key and we didn't have an extra one on hand. The following day she was disappointed to find out no one had turned in or found her lost key at school. The school said if she didn't remove her car it will be towed away. So I immediately called AAA to have someone come out to unlock the car for the title paperwork so we could go to DMV to have another key made and also to have the car towed back home. The dispatcher informed us that we did not need a tow BUT that the locksmith would come by and make us a new key!! How is that possible w/o an original key! Drew came out to us in a timely manner , even with all the rain and lightening! It was so heavy I just assumed he would not be able to come. But he did! Thank God the rain and lightening subsided some so he could open the car and make a key safely. I was so grateful God had sent us an angel, Drew Davis, to save the day from our car issues! Drew was very kind, friendly, professional and time efficient in getting us back on the road and home quickly!!! So grateful for your care and concern for our needs!!
