I went online to do some research and check out reviews and although Quickly receives great reviews, I was still a bit hesitant since I know sometimes reviews can be inauthentic. I am so pleased that these guys more than lived up to theirs. I have now used them for 4 locks and they have a always been prompt to respond, very courteous and with great prices. I will continue to use them for any locksmith needs I have.

The technician struggled to get the door open and it took some time before I could enter. I have seen this same process by other locksmiths faster and smother. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, they charge $120 (TWICE as much as their competitors) for sure a terrible customer service experience. I understand this is MIAMI and no one cares about providing excellent customer service experiences. THE GRAND FINALE was when the technician failed to provide a receipt for cash payment and refused to bring the receipt to the door. Once I obtained the receipt, he even PUSHED MY DOOR OPEN to argue with me! I had to slam the door and lock him out! What a nightmare! DON’T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

I would NEVER recommend this service. I spoke with David, and he quoted me 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and said I didn't need the service, he said I called him 10 min prior, and I said no, it had been over 30 minutes and that I cancel, and hung up. He called me back and yelled at me and told me he knew EXACTLY who I was and that he would come get me to force me to pay. To be clear, I am female and he has access to my building as the locksmith on file. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to be threatened by him, when he could not keep his original time frame. No apologies for being later than expected, but a straight you cannot cancel, I know exactly who you are and I will come there and GET YOU TO FORCE YOU TO PAY! Pretty scary for someone to say that to a customer, female especially. I will be SURE TO TELL EVERYONE, including my building management, this is how I was treated. David-thank you for confirming my position about your attitude towards humanity and your customers-if it's not your way, then everyone else is crazy. If you thought I was crazy, why did you call to apologize moments after I posted this review? In addition, the building met with you and I am happy to notice no Quickly Locksmith cars in our car park much since this incident. You have a bad reputation among the residents of this building and you clearly need a refresh on dealing with people in need.

Deceiving PRICES. Their prices really START at $120 not 70$ (That’s for a bedroom door?).. They do arrive fast, but if opening your lock takes 1 minute or 1 hour it will be $120 and up. The actual locksmith was very sweet and helpful, the guy on the phone was very much the opposite.

I would NEVER recommend this service. I spoke with David, and he quoted me 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and said I didn't need the service, he said I called him 10 min prior, and I said no, it had been over 30 minutes and that I cancel, and hung up. He called me back and yelled at me and told me he knew EXACTLY who I was and that he would come get me to force me to pay. To be clear, I am female and he has access to my building as the locksmith on file. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to be threatened by him, when he could not keep his original time frame. No apologies for being later than expected, but a straight you cannot cancel, I know exactly who you are and I will come there and GET YOU TO FORCE YOU TO PAY! Pretty scary for someone to say that to a customer, female especially. I will be SURE TO TELL EVERYONE, including my building management, this is how I was treated. David-thank you for confirming my position about your attitude towards humanity and your customers-if it's not your way, then everyone else is crazy. If you thought I was crazy, why did you call to apologize moments after I posted this review? In addition, the building met with you and I am happy to notice no Quickly Locksmith cars in our car park much since this incident. You have a bad reputation among the residents of this building and you clearly need a refresh on dealing with people in need.

Deceiving PRICES. Their prices really START at $120 not 70$ (That’s for a bedroom door?).. They do arrive fast, but if opening your lock takes 1 minute or 1 hour it will be $120 and up. The actual locksmith was very sweet and helpful, the guy on the phone was very much the opposite.

Starting from the fact the gentleman who works at their shoe store / locksmith location doesn't know how to open up a shop on time and is never there. Second they're trying to charge $120 to make a key that another local locksmith did for $50 just a couple blocks away. He is just trying to force everyone to pay is high mobile service prices.. i would not refer anybody to this company no location or their mobile crew....... I would also like to add that after making this review the store owner has called me questioning my review and talking about my comment and that he's going to have his lawyers contact me if I don't remove my review within 20 days. This is not how you gain business or good reviews or feedback I have also recorded his conversation since he called me 2 times.
