Horrible, horrible service! We called this company at 11:50 AM today because we accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We were told it would be a charge of $65 and the tech would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. It's now 3 hours later and no one has shown up. We called twice to ask about arrival time and we were told that the driver would be texted and call us, but that didn't happen. They got a one star only because I didn't have the option of 0.

I had lock/key problems on my front door, my garage door, and my car. Richard shows up very reliably and kindly and in what seems like a very short amount of time, solves each problem at the root cause. I accidentally locked my infant in the car I called pop a lock they wete there in less then 10 minutes. My tech was Dylan he was very fast and efficient. They didn't charge me anything because of a child in the car

The driver Ben had a good attitude and was very helpful but he was late due to the high volume of calls so I'd suggest that more drivers be hired for a smoother flow. Overall have always had a good experience with pop a lock drivers.
