Today I left my key in my friend’s purse who left her keys inside the her car were my keys where. I was texted with estimated arrival time and Fred with Open Sezz where a few minutes early that’s expected. He promptly opened the car and I was able to get going with my day. They were fast, professional and friendly!

Excellent service. Friendly employees. Needed a second key made and programmed for my Jeep Compass and it took less than 15 minutes to look up the key cut, cut the key, and program the remote. I now have 3 key fobs with buttons and spares with and without chips. Was not in a hurry and let them know when I called but they still came out in just over 30 minutes. That is fast considering I've waited for AAA for over 6 hours just to unlock my car when my son locked my keys in my car in Ft. Lauderdale. If you're local don't hesitate to call. They are quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Ignore that other review from Roy Browning about it taking an hour and ten minutes to get to a location. (Which is actually quite reasonable. It's not like you can call a business and they drop everything they are doing to serve you first because you feel special. Not to mention his Google account has only made two reviews and they were both negative for local locksmiths. He is most likely a spiteful competitor.) With AAA taking over 6 hours on occasion and averaging 2.5 hours for all 11 calls (shown on app) I've made in the past I can't imagine some cranky dimwit that can't wait about an hour for their own mistake. Roy Browning... Late for work and expects to be served first.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I called today to get pricing and service for my keyfob. The person on the other end was very curt and impolite. I am trying to give whatever infomation needed and he is over talking me. Then he puts the phone down and calls me a b****. Upon his return, I was certain to make him aware that I heard his comment and that I am NOT a female dog. He apologized but was still rude. Then the owner, Mr. Aiken, whom I thought would resolve the matter was equally rude as I expressed without profanity or escalating my voice that I did not call to be disrespected. I guess they thought I would not have the time to write this review. It is my pleasure to make the time to share my disatisfaction and disgust. Consumers have a right to know who they are patronizing. I will NEVER support this establishment (not even with AAA). This is not about the customer being right; it is about respect and professionalism. You should never treat a customer that way. Businesses like theirs, feel customers are expendible. With that attitude, they need contracts like AAA to stay in operation. I employ everyone to bypass this locksmith patronize a business that values the customer and cares about the name of their business.

This company is AWFUL. One of their inexperienced employees broke the trim on my new 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. They refused to help me pay for the $500 in damage they caused. All i'm saying at this point is either use another company or do whatever you have to do yourself, because their employees are literally so inexperienced you could do a better job yourself.

Well, google says that they are only 7 miles from my vehicle, so they said 30min tops... I waited 25mins to hear that he was down south and it would take him 40 more min to get here! Confidence isn't high after speaking to either of them... I have to work here??
