The Truth

I usually never write reviews however my experience was so great i figured I just had to. I needed a spare key for my Mitsubishi Eclipse and was hesitant about going to the dealer because they were going to charge me over $200 just for a spare. I looked at all the different 24/7 locksmiths in Miami and none of them had reviews as well as the fact that they were suggested by Google ads. I chose Guy/Mobile Miami mainly because of the other reviews and was definitely not dissapointed. Not only did I pay much cheaper then the dealership, he came to me and I was able to have a great and overall relaxing experience. Also wanted to add that Guy is a cool down to earth guy that knows what he's doing. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be calling again for anything in the future.

Lost my keys, called many places who didn't know how to do the job. Dealer wanted $400, he charged $220.00. I am also a AAA member, and the locksmith they referred me to also couldn't do the job. If you're a premier member for AAA, they cover $150 of the costs if you use services elsewhere , so ended up costing me $70 :).. Car was in a parking garage for 3 days, that was $90, ouch.

Called about getting 1 car key fob programmed and got a quote for the same price they gave someone else to do 2 keys. Needless to say I was disappointed I couldn't get my car key programmed at a reasonable price they had given someone else. UPDATE- upon seeing the review above, the owner contacted me with an explanation for his inflated quote for 1 key, however unreasonable it may have been. He also claims I lied about something. Not sure what or if it's even relevant. He did ask me to remove the above, accurate and truthful review. Nonetheless, his effort fell short when he didn't offer a discount, despite knowing I had contacted several other lock smiths, one of which quoted 2 keys at his price for 1. I got 2 keys done for half his price.

Locked out of the home and called for service. Was given an eta of 30 minutes. Five mins after I got a call from someone on their way and he said he will be there in 25 mins. 25 mins promptly later I received a call he was at the gate. He surveyed the lock and options and told me the cost estimates upfront which were in line with lockouts. 10 mins later we were in the apartment and payment was made with credit card. Appreciated the prompt service and respectful manner of the technician. Thanks for your help.

I never imagined finding a locksmith would be such a complicated process. First of all, I couldn’t find anyone who even had the car key we needed. I was impressed with the knowledge and information I received over the phone in advance & I suppose we were fortunate that we didn’t have to tow the car anywhere. There should not be even a 1 star rating for these people. I was at a client's home alone yesterday where they dont have a landline phone and when I was living I accidently left my keys on the ignition of my car along with my purse and phone in it. I had to walk about a block to find a neighbor which was at the time was going out and let me use their house phone to call this company. I explained my situation to dispatch I and emphasise that "I didnt have a phone on me" and that I be waiting for them right next to car. Well they never showed up and left me with car on for more than 2 1/2 hours and their excuse was that I didnt pick my phone when they were a block away. Hello what phone?? Very shady too about their prices. Watch out!!!

He was very punctual and reasonable. I called for just for my baby car (Honda Pilot) and talking with him about my other car (350z) that I only had one key for it and wanted another he noticed I didn't have a fob for it cause I had a aftermarket alarm for it and it gave me problems and I planned to take it to the dealer and set it back to factory alarm. He made me a key fob with the factory alarm activated and saved me hundreds from what I was gonna pay at the dealer. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a new key or auto locksmith. Brilliant, called this morning for a spare key for my Audi, already done. 150$ cheaper than the dealer, he comes to you and 10 minutes work. The dealer can charge up to 2 hours just for programming a key, and you still have to get the emergency key part cut with a locksmith. A total no-brainer. Very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly guy! Amazing. Read for yourself below. Except for 2x one star vinegar pissing and never to be able to satisfy customers", all of them gave a 5 star rating, and that's the real story. Just bought a used car from a dealer, but they only had 1 Key FOB. I called 4 different mobile auto locksmiths. Mobile Miami Locksmith quoted me one price for them to come to my house, provide a new Key FOB with a metal key, and for the programming of the Key FOB. The other 3 mobile auto locksmiths gave me service call quotes to be at my house at for $25 or 15. Then the price of the service, a Key FOB with a key and the programming starting at $120, $129, and $190. When the technician gets to the car and determine what is needed, THEN he can tell you the exact price this will come to. None of the 3 were able to advise, worst case scenario of how much it could be. i decided to go with Mobile Miami Locksmith, since he wasn't playing games and seemed like it wasn't going to be a "Bait-N-Switch". The locksmith came to my house about 15 before the scheduled time. He was clean, neat, courteous, and friendly. He confirmed the price he had quoted me earlier when I called. He explained what he was going to do, and went right to it. Much to my Pleasant Surprise, he was done with programming my 2 Key FOBs (the Key FOB that you have in your possession, that isn't the new one, has to be re-programmed with the newly purchased Key FOB, otherwise the original one WON'T work) and the metal key, all within 20 minutes. The new Key FOB and metal key are perfect and work just like the one that I received from the dealership. AWESOME - Next time I need another Key FOB, the call goes out to Mobile Miami Locksmith, and you should too !!!

This guy can do it all! I lost my motorcycle key for my kawasaki ninja and let me tell you that NO ONE likes to make a replacement key for motorcycles. In one day I called at LEAST 11 other locksmiths some just didn't do motorcycle keys, others said they would call back and I didn't hear from them till HOURS later and I needed the key done the same day considering it is my main source of transportation. We finally called mobile miami and they held their ground and came through immediately. It was clearly a little difficult to remake, but there was nothing this guy couldnt do! He was honest and extremely knowledgable and he gave us 2 copies for a great price! Would definitely reccomend 100% !!

So my wife decides to try to open my Maserati Quattroporte key fob to try to see if she can replace the battery, little did she know that the key fob wouldn't open and there was a glass transponder inside that she apparently broke! I was 5 days without a key and not able to drive my baby. After calling The Collection (which by the way has horrible customer service) they wanted $1550 for a new key replacement, and I refuse to pay that amount of money for a key. So we googled and came across "Mobile Miami Locksmith" and what a blessing! I called and Guy answered, I explained my situation and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Guy always answered my calls and text messages too. Not only did I pay way less, I also got 2 key replacements with new transponders! On top of everything he was able to open my trunk with the missing key hole for the key (I don't know how he did it but it was like Houdini lol). Im telling if there is one guy out there that can do anything when it comes to cars key and transponders programming or anything in that field Guy at "Mobile Miami Locksmith" is the man you need to call!
