I called up to ask about pricing but I didn't even make it to the quote. The guy on the phone said the technician has to come to my address but when I said I was hoping for a price estimate over the phone he just hung up on me. The person sounded frustrated with my question as if I should just go along with having the technician show up which I'm sure would come with a fee. If you are good business there is never a reason to be rude to a customer and hangup on them so you deserve one star or less.

Wow... I had heard scary stories about locksmith prices and even took the screws out of the security screen door to try to get back in. To make a long story short, I was in my bathrobe. A lady came to the door for something and as she started to walk away she fell. I jumped out to help and the security screen door slammed behind me. There I was in my bathrobe with my phone inside - I had no phone numbers. Neighbors tried to help with their phones and after a while one neighbor came along with my sister's number. She is the only other person with a key. Called and texted for hours. I finally relented to at least call a locksmith and get a price. I scrolled down ads in Google and called Master Locksmith. They had a reasonable price! He arrived 15 minutes later and popped that lock right open. so glad to be in the house. So thankful for my own phone and my clothes.

Last weekend my front door lock stopped functioning. It simply wouldn’t open or close. I called Master Locksmith, it was after 9 pm on a Sunday. They sent someone over within half an hour, he looked at the type of lock I had and told me it’s a special order lock that he will try his best to get it the following day. I asked how would I lock my door since it wasn’t functioning. He calmed me down and told me not to worry and did something from inside the box that locked the door. The next day, Monday he came at 10 am and replaced the entire lock . He had gone to several of his suppliers in order to find the same lock system I have. I was very grateful for his efforts and the service.
