Called Jerry's A1 locksmith, cause it popped up first on Google maps.. Needed a rekey of my truck bed toolbox,...he said he couldn't DO IT!!! I asked WHY NOT,...he's a locksmith!?!? He said it was too much trouble!?!?!? Called Keaton Locksmith, the owners wife asked for the numbers on the lock,...said she could do it. .got the in 5 minutes,...key was waiting on me and for only $10.00!!!!!! Best experience I EVER HAD with a business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keaton Locksmiths are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has great locksmiths. Mr. Jeff I believe was his name fixed my ignition on my car. Very professional quick and dedicated. He also had jumper cables to jump my car off with because the batter had died from sitting so long. Great advice and very nice! Will always call and deal with Keaton they’re great!

I called Keatons about getting my FOB key cut and that I was ordering a new toyota FOB online and needed it cut. I was told he would not cut a key I didn't buy from the local dealer and when I said I needed the one that came with the car cut, which was factory also, I was told he wouldn't do it either. I wasn't rude or anything and the dealer told me Keatons was the only one to do it locally. I will never call, go in, nor do business with Keatons Locksmith. I gave it one star because I couldn't do ZERO! Thanks for nothing Keatons and this review is complete honesty. And I'm calling the dealer to tell them they don't need to recommend someone who can't do the job.
