They sent a smith to pick a lock in Tampa Fl. They did have a good price, but this cheap service now has the lock on my front door not working. The smith struggled with the door for 30 minutes or more, and claimed it was because it was a schlage lock. I did not think this could be damaging at the time, but now I understand it could. I could not recommend this service to anyone in the area.
