I locked my key in my car for the hundredth time but this time I had no AAA. Worried I would have to spend over 100 to unlock my car, I search google for the cheapest alternative. They service the Hollywood area and came to BC south campus within less than 20 min. This beats the hour I always have to wait for AAA. Not to mention the great special they have of 49! They provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and caring. I will definitely recommend and do business with them again. Thank you so much!!!!

Half Price locksmith in Hollywood is very affordable and honest about their prices! I was coming home from holiday dinner and misplaced my house keys. I called a few locksmith companies to get quotes. Many companies quoted $19 but wouldn't commit to a total price. Half Price Locksmith in Hollywood quoted $49 total to open my lock. I asked how much it would be to change my lock as well and was asked to provide a picture of my lock. I texted a picture of my lock and they texted me a price for changing my lock since I no longer had the keys. When the locksmith arrived the price was exactly as quoted with no additional charges or surprises. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Half Price Locksmith and would highly recommend them.

Contacted locksmith for services she said he would be there within half an hour. Over an hour passed then she contacted me to say he won’t be there for another hour and a half. She also lied and claimed to not receive my address until an hour later although it was sent and showed delivered immediately after she asked for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT VALUE PEOPLES TIME!

I was locked out of my house at 8 o'clock at night. I had a troublesome lock which needed replacement as well as a lockout issue. The owners of half price locksmith showed up, had all the equipment necessary. Installed new locks gave me my keys and did so at a reasonable price. They are very professional and responded quickly. I will use this Company again in the future. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a Cheap locksmith in Hollywood when I got locked out of my car last week. Some companies didn't answer the phone, but when I reached Half Price Locksmith I was glad. I got a final price over the phone ($49) and it was much cheaper than expected.

Your technician Sean (Shaun, Shawn) walked into my residence unannounced then was somehow offended when we asked why he did that. Your dispatch was also not willing to provide any resolution to the issue. I don't know how y'all operate but no one I know just lets strangers walk into their house unannounced.

I needed a locksmith to open a very old safe. They were very responsive on the phone and via text. The guy showed up and didn't give up until he got it open. He even helped vacuum up the dirt that it made on the floor. It took longer than expected and I was still only charged the fee they quoted. Highly recommend!

Had an employee lock their keys inside their car. Called them and within 15 minutes they arrived. Very good customer service, very friendly, quick and flat rate of $50 since it was between 8 am and 6 pm. Definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!!

Dropped my daughter at school and someone backing out of their spot hits the back of my car cuz they never even looked in the rearview mirror. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse...I stop for coffee and get out of my car, leaving the keys in the ignition!!! It's official, today is a lousy day.....or so I thought. Your company was the ONLY one who said "49.00 no extra or hidden charges and we are on our way"!!! Before I could step inside 7-11 to use the ATM you were calling me cuz your technician was outside!!!! AMAZING, SPEEDY, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND SUPER PERSONABLE. I even asked your tech for business cards to hand out at the next PTA mtg. We moms are always rushing and I know someone will be looking to use a good company with integrity!!!! Thank you. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude. First off, she spoke really fast so I didn't understand what she told me. So I asked her "I'm sorry can you repeat that?" She replied with an attitude, "Hold on." Then she told me she has someone available and told me the price. She then said she would need a credit card on file. I told her that my wallet was in my locked car and I could provide her with a credit card or cash immediately after my car is unlocked. She just said, "Oh sorry... I need a credit card." I asked again just to be reassured. And she said "Yup." And there was silence for a few seconds. So I just spoke up, "Then I guess you can't help me." All she said was "Nope. Sorry" and hung up immediately.

After a long day of work, I made my way to my car only to realize I had left my car/house keys inside the car and locked myself out. After a moment of panic and deliberating whether it would be worth it to break a window, I google- searched locksmiths and proceeded to call these guys.
