I was stuck at my house a half a mile down the road from there shop and they wanted $60 to drive there plus the service price absurd ace unlocks drove from hwy 29 over 23 miles did the whole srvice for $50 I would give them no stars if I could do not use Clark's lock and safe

They installed a panic paddle on the front door of our business in June. Now its November and the lock is falling off the door. All they had to do to correct the problem with the door was tighten up a set screw. They charged me $60.00 and even used my tools. The total repair took less then 5 minutes.

This past weekend my kids locked my keys in my car and My Insurance company sent out Kells Recovery. They sent a tow truck and the driver was unable to get my car open and suggested I call a locksmith. I called Clark's and they came out within 30 minutes and my family and I stood in awe to watch him get my car unlocked in less than 1 minute. Went in to buy a padlock stood there for about 10 minutes until finally somebody asked me if I wanted some help standing right at the register. I asked them if they have any of these commercial locks pointed to a big one said I want a big one. they said they will have to look but they never go and look , I stay in there for about another 10 minutes till I finally actually get asked for help again , they go and look for the lock and bring me a little one that I didn’t even ask for And don’t even have the one I need . so therefore I was in there 20 minutes with pretty much zero assistance and they never even went and looked for the lock for me while I’m standing in a 10 x 10‘ area with two employees. They could’ve easily took 30 seconds went and looked for a lock and came back and not wasted 20 minutes of my time On 6/10/19 at 10am
