Attempted to get a quote for my friend. I indicated that I was not locked out and before I could explain the situation Paul hung up on me. I just wanted to know how much it cost to get my car popped open, Paul asked me if I was a locksmith myself before hanging up (which I am not) and then refused to answer my calls. I called off of another number and asked for a supervisor and once again got hung up on. I just simply wanted to help my friend who was locked out, compare quotes.

Paul returned my call promptly. He said that he would come to my house after he finished his current job, I had recently purchased a house that the owners only had one set of keys. (Which we promptly lost!) SO the only way int the house was by the garage opener. The opener worked but the door into the house had somehow been locked. What a professional, effecient, prompt and courteous company. I just moved into a new home and wanted all of my locks changed. I was worried that due to the rare lock style, they would be unable to match the rest of the house to keep the same style. However, he came through and was able to keep my rare style and color throughout my new home. The locks are durable and most importantly, DO NOT STICK! He even spent extra time going over other minor home Renovation projects with me.
