Since I'm on a tight budget, when I needed a locksmith, I called several places to get estimates, and All American Locksmith gave me the best quote. We were able to schedule the appointment at the time that I needed, he showed up on time, quickly completed the job exactly the way I requested, and charged me the exact amount quoted. If you need a locksmith, I highly recommend this company.

I was 1 hour from needing to leave town when a lock broke, and I had people that were going to be checking mail, feeding pets, etc. over the time I was away who had to have access. Yanni was here in 30 minutes, and he had the lock replaced, keyed to match the existing keys, and I was done in less than 45 minutes from the time he arrived. What was all that worth? $125.00 plus tax and a whole lot of piece of mine on my part! Very pleased. The man understands what the word service is all about!

Yani was hands down the most accommodating person I have ever met. We set up an appointment for Sunday and with out telling me he shuffled around his schedule to come on Saturday because he knew I was uncomfortable having the old locks in. He was at our home promptly at 8am, called to let us know he would be there shortly and then came in changed the locks quickly and quietly and put new locks on our sliding glass doors. The price was exactly where I thought it would be. Yani is the epitome of how a business owner should operate his or her company !!! I highly recommend All American Locksmith !!!! Yani quoted a rate on the phone and I told him I would provide the lock for him to install and I gave him the address. On arrival, he commented on how far my home was and when he saw the lock I wanted him to install, he said he had to charge me an extra $61 over what he quoted because of the brand of the lock and that I should have told him what the lock brand was over the phone - something he never asked me on the phone but insisted that I should have known to tell him. Ok, so I agreed to the price increase. He then installed the lock fairly quickly, After that, he said if he had known what lock brand it was, he would never have agreed to come and do the job and according to him, no other locksmith would either. It is not clear what the justification for the price differential was. Installation is very similar installation to other brands. On top of it all, he was very rude and condescending. This was a very unpleasant experience. In response to Mr Yani’s 7/28/18 response, I would like to clarify that: - When I called, I told him I wanted to install a second lock on the door and I explicitly said he would need to make a new hole in the door. So, needless to say, drilling would be involved and in two places. - The lock is not nearly as expensive as he said it is, certainly not even close to 10 times a regular lock, like he said. I may not be a locksmith but I have purchased locks. - The average homeowner like myself does not know every little detail about the way his/her door is constructed so for him to be complaining about this when he arrived is unwarranted. If there were things he really needed to know in advance (just like the lock brand), he could have asked on the phone but he didn’t !! - I admit I made a mistake in quoting the price increase I paid. It was actually 51, not 61. It was a total of $198. 139 (quoted price on phone) +51 (increase) +8 (credit card charge). - As mentioned before, he was rude and condescending overall. So it wasn’t just the price. Mr Yani, thanks for wishing me good luck. I wish you the same luck as well. Have a nice day.
