Dave is fantastic! He made spare keys for our camper (which is a challenging task, given the type of keys campers require), and - more importantly - he identified the need for a new key for an external compartment. We would have realized that need at a very inconvenient moment; thank goodness he's good at what he does! We highly recommend A-Bullet.

Last week I took my disabled little brother to the dollar store, before I could get my purse which held my car keys out of the car he had locked the doors on the car, He felt so bad about doing that but I assured him it would be alright. I called my son at home to look for my extra clicker(had lost the extra key years ago) but still had the clicker. He couldn't find it and so he came and picked us up. After searching for the clicker myself I realized I would have to call a Locksmith if I were to get my car back home. I really didn't know who to call. I got on the internet and was searching for a Locksmith, there were so many yet the A-Bullet Locksmith caught my attention, I called them and so happy I called them first. The man that answered was so nice and kind and assured me he would meet me there in fifteen minutes, and he was true to his word. If ever I should need a Locksmith in the future or I could refer anyone to a great Locksmith Co. it would be A-Bullet Locksmith. I locked my keys in the trunk, although i was able to get into the car i couldn’t get into the trunk. They i tried to find a locksmith through USAA. Although they weren’t in the area to help me, they hopped on the phone and gave us step by step instructions on how to get the trunk open. They were patient and upbeat and stayed on the phone until we got the trunk open! They were amazing!!!!!

This morning my daughter, the dog and myself were locked out of the house with my husband being almost 2 hours away from home...I called ABullet and received a quote right over the phone and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Shout to the homie TIM he helped me get rid of my "MyKey" on my Ford mustang even tho I had one key. He was a real mofo and a huge help after spending months trying to figure it out. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but Tim at A-Bullet has more than earned it. I have a 2004 Range Rover that was "Super-locked" before the battery died. Needless to say it was Fort Knox on wheels. I phoned at least 6 local locksmiths in my area and 4 (Land Rover specialist locksmith's). All said it was impossible and to just break a window because that's all that can be done to get in at this point, that is until I phoned Tim at A-Bullet. Tim asked to text him a pic of my RR, which i did. No more than 3 mins after receiving the pic, he was on his way. Mind you, it was pouring rain this day and the RR was out in the open. When he started the job "in the rain", he tried a variety of tools which came very close but to no avail. It started to pour even harder, making it almost impossible to see what he was doing. For safety sake for the both of us, he asked if it was ok to come the next day first thing and of course i agreed. That same evening, Tim took his personal time to fabricate a tool specific to my RR. He came first thing the next day while I was away at work and got it opened! He even took the time to jump start my RR as I was at work and could not. Not only did Tim go above and beyond, his price was unbelievable! I am beyond satisfied with A-Bullet and especially Tim! You all have yet, another satisfied customer for life! My highest recommendations! 5 stars to both Tim and A-Bullet!

I purchased a house in Hickory Flat that was filled with lock nightmares! I had keys for some and then some keys for others and some without keys. I called on A-Bullet to get me fully re-keyed to a single key. Tim arrived on scene and found that he was looking at around 10 sets of locks and deadbolts he called on another fine Gentleman Named Danny Turner for help. Tim started and Danny arrived and also began removing and rekeying cylinders. Near the end of the day, I threw on Danny a new Kwikset Z-Wave+ electronic lock I wanted to be installed on the garage to the kitchen entry door. Being a little new to this lock Danny stuck with it until it was installed, programmed and working properly. The guys were excellent in their work. All locks worked smoothly before they left. Their price I thought was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them for all your locksmith needs. All good people and will treat you right!

Wow this is a great company! I had a terrible day thinking I locked my keys in my car. Turns out they weren’t in my car and they were just missing smh. However, Tim Carroll was great help through the entire process seriously. I paid a fair price, he was nice, and personal. He ended up making me a new key so I can get home. Was a terrible day, but I have to admit Tim made it better just by talking with me and making everything a smooth process. I really appreciate the help!

Don’t bother wasting your time. Called 3 times for an emergency service (on two different days) and was told everytime they would call me right back. No calls were ever returned. Very unprofessional person that took those calls. And don’t be fooled into thinking they are 24/7. Sunday he refused to come out because that was supposed to be his day off. Edit: After seeing owner’s response. I had the blank key. You simply had to cut it. Saying “I’ll call you right back” implies you will do so. Not wait days and never do so. I did call another locksmith tonight. One that is capable of returning a phone call and getting the job done. Don’t advertise 24/7 professional service to never do it. Learn and maybe return a phone call.

These guys are great. Tim was always in constant communication with me. We needed a new key fob on our new used Kia which inconveniently didn't come with an extra and he came directly to us, cut a new fob and programmed everything to make it work perfectly on the spot. They saved us almost $100 whereas the dealership would have charged us $225 for the same thing. If your looking for honest, dependable and great customer service then A-Bullet is who you want for a locksmith. Highly recommend.
