Worst.service.ever. Not reliable, said it will be here in 40-45 min, waited over an hour and never answered the phone calls afterwards. So just wasted my time, no respect.

A1 lock and safe was a life saver yesterday evening coming out during the storm and unlocking my car. Not only just unlocking my car but helping me determine that a failed or weak keyfob battery is what contributed to my dilemma by allowing the doors to lock when they shouldn't have. They even threw in a free keyfob battery.

Well besides claiming their 24 hours and being beyond rude to me because I had a question about my vehicle. God forbid don't call them in the evening the gentleman that answers may just be irritable because you need help. No clue how they got a 4 star rating.

I've never dealt with a more ignorant individual in my life as this business has working and answering phones...... you don't yell at people and tell them that you are eating their time.... too bad I didn't get the persons name but I guess the owner could look it up and see who was working at 9:00 this morning 12-13/2017..... i would only hope that said owner would fire this person because that's how bad it was...... I work with the public in my field and if I ever talked to anyone in the manner I was spoken to I wouldn't have a single client !!!! HORRIBLE WORK ETIQUETTE the only reason I put up 1 star was so I could actually write a review but in my eyes as a personal business owner this place is the WORST !!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM !!!!!

I called A-1 this morning to get a new key fob for my truck. Brian made it out very quickly and had my new fob programmed and my door key cut in no time. The price was better than anything else I was quoted, too. I can’t recommend them A-1 enough. Thanks!

Company does not provide complimentary services and was inconsiderate in providing answers through the phone. I had call twice. Did not see value in helping assist for automotive services. I called and had spoken with someone who seem careless through phone call and didn't even bother to help because it was late even though it was Five O'clock.

I went out of town last weekend and got the call no one wants to get: my dog sitter was locked out of the house and my dog was inside. I called Rusty Shaw at A-1 Lock & Safe at 5pm on a Friday and he made the trip from Pensacola to the beach where he was able to make a key for the deadbolt and get the sitter in to care for my dog. He did it quickly, efficiently and it was well worth the cost. Rusty is a lifesaver!

I called for help he said he would be here in 10 minutes. I have a 4 &5 year old with me so I went inside Krispy kreme to wait. We just left monster jam so my phone was on silent still (I know that's stupid bc you can't hear in there anyways but I'm not rude so...) anyways the guy called I called him back and he yelled at me and said he called, no where to park and he left bc I didn't answer. He was very rude and hung up... I do not recommend him at all.

My ignition key was stolen and I called around to get pricing info and these guys are the cheapest. I ultimately went thru my insurance however so I can't comment on their customer service but these reviews seem difficult to believe because they were very polite to me on the phone.

I had some visitors come and broke my key off in the laundry room to my home. Dang... My first call was to A-1 Lock and Safe. I had someone call me back within 5 minutes. Customer service is VERY rude. They advertise 24/7 but we tried calling them and it went straight to voice mail. Then we tried again and someone answered and told us they do not have anybody to unlock our automobile. Then hung up in the middle of us trying to ask a question. Which was "you are supposed to be open 24/7." Over all not a great experience. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

I needed my whole house re-keyed, as we were down to one key and it just wasn't working for my family. Brian came out and first tried to see if he could make some copies of my key, however we realized that wouldn't work. After talking with Brian about my saftey concerns, he re-keyed all the locks and made me 6 keys. Brian is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and reliable. He was on time and worked while I had other people working on my house. He survived the chaos and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend A-1 to all my friends and family!
