I HIGHLY recommend this company! I actually broke my key in my security door and was locked inside of my house because I didn't have a spare!! I shopped around for locksmiths in the area and was outraged at the wait time I was given and the prices other companies were charging for a consultation. I knew I found the right company when I found The Locksmith Man. They were very courteous and very reassuring to me over the phone. The locksmith named Shy (Shai) was at my house in 15 minutes and was able to get my door unlocked in less than 10 minutes. In addition to being extremely friendly and approachable, it was very apparent that he values his customers and the quality service he provides. He charged me an INCREDIBLY reasonable price and even offered to look into replacing the Papaiz lock that I had in my door. These locks are extremely hard to find and his help was invaluable! He also took his time to educate me about my security and the most cost effective next steps, given that I am selling my house soon! Shy really gave me peace of mind and really help me in so many ways! I really appreciate the service I was given!

You can’t call yourself a 24 hour locksmith or and emergency locksmith but then say you don’t have technicians available until 7:30am everyday. If your hours are 7:30am until 11pm then say that. False advertisement. Doesn’t even deserve the one star that I’m forced to give.

What you want in a locksmith is integrity, professionalism, and competence. Sean was all those things. He changed five locks for us so that we could use two keys instead of four and repaired one that was on the verge of failing. The cost was within the expected range for the time and skill involved. Instead of replacing one of the locks that I thought needed replacing, he fixed it, saving us money. I would certainly call them again and recommend them to anyone in need of their skills.

Shwen arrived the same day I called for a locksmith. As a new homeowner I wanted to make sure that the locks that were at the home were safe and secure. Moving to the city from central PA is a big transition, and safety has been my primary concern. So thankful for Shawn because he knows what he is doing. He was able to explain to us the different lock systems and their level of safety, as we were upgrading from an old door with a skeleton key (apparently very easy to break into). We had purchased our own lock but realized it wouldn't be any more secure than what we already had. Thankfully Shawn had other lock options which he provided at an extremely reasonable price. Further, he was able to work with an old door and uneven frame, and was extremely thorough in making sure that it was easy to open and close, even accounting for the wood expanding and contracting with the weather. He was easy to get in contact with, and worked outside standard business hours to fit our schedule. Bottom line: Knowledgable, thorough, reasonably priced, honest. Would recommend to all!

I never wrote these kinds of reviews before but, my husband and I got locked out early in the morning. We called The Locksmith Man because it seemed like it's the only 24 hour service. And I am so glad I found them because not only are they fast but also so generous and very professional. From the time I called them to opening my door, it took about 35 to 40 minutes.
